Background & History

Zhao Siyao was among the immortal seedlings from Hengshui Prefecture who entered Golden Cloud Valley. As the eldest of the group, she became familiar with Lu Chang'an during their journey to the sect and addressed him as “Brother Lu.” 1 Three years later, she had become an Inner Disciple at Qi Refining Third Layer Peak, visibly surpassing most of her old companions in both cultivation and bearing. 10

Her aptitude was a Mid-Grade Spiritual Root with unusually high sensitivity, but she lacked the backing of a cultivation family. Although she became a Core Disciple under a False Core female cultivator, her master's resources and attention were divided among several disciples and her own grandson. 24 34 48

Stalled at Qi Refining Ninth Layer Peak, Zhao Siyao chose to leave the security of Golden Cloud Valley and enter the Black Mist Mountain Range.
