In the distant Unova Region, N gently wiped his forehead and gazed at the pastoral scenery before him, a satisfied, relieved expression appearing on his face.

His phone rang. Seeing the caller ID, he looked somewhat surprised and quickly answered.

"Teacher?"

"N, long time no see. How have you been lately?" Jing He's familiar voice came through the phone.

Hearing that, N immediately smiled contentedly. "Everything is very good. Everyone is doing well, really well, Teacher."

Ever since following Jing He's advice, after Team Plasma was destroyed, N felt that he had never been this happy. Every day seemed bright and sunny, warm as spring, flowers blooming everywhere.

After Team Plasma's collapse, aside from those more extreme individuals who had been sent to prison, most had been dispersed with his assistance. A small number of people who truly acknowledged his views and ideals had remained, helping him build ecological zones where wild Pokémon could live, rest, and seek shelter.

For the first time, a trace of helplessness appeared on N's face as he looked toward the busy area ahead.

There, Unova League Champion Alder appeared to be working alongside his Bouffalant.

In reality, he was standing there asleep.

That was not actually what left N helpless. What truly troubled him was that Alder had invited him more than once to join the Unova League.
