In just a few days, Teacher Jing He would be returning to Canalave Pokémon Academy in the Hoenn Region.

Though they had not spent much time together.

They had gotten along extremely well, and Teacher Jing He's teaching style was especially unique, giving them a feeling that was both painful and enjoyable.

The painful part was that Teacher Jing He seemed to love tests and assessments. A small test every day, a big test every three days, and an ultimate exam every five days.

The enjoyable part was that everyone could feel themselves growing and improving, even on a daily basis.

By now, Kiawe and Gladion could already use Z-Moves together with their Pokémon.

When it came to battles, Kiawe really was quite gifted. His personality was a little like Playing-with-Fire Afro's, and because of that, he had more passion and a stronger thirst for battle.

Though he was still a little behind Ash, he was more or less enough to serve as Gladion's temporary "rival."

Sure enough, after school every day, Kiawe would challenge Gladion.

Gladion had been disdainful at first, but he gradually came to acknowledge Kiawe's persistence toward battles and often beat him so badly he could not tell which way was up.

However, under the influence of Kiawe, Mallow, Sophocles, Lana, and even Lillie, Gladion was, in Jing He's eyes, increasingly acting like the child he was.

At the very least, he was no longer always striking poses and pretending to be cool.

"Where do you want to go today?" Jing He asked.

This was the time that made the little ones happiest—Teacher Jing He's outdoor class!
