Clue
"Two Troll!"
Lee Jordan screamed. This was the first time he had ever encountered such a situation, and it was already quite remarkable that he wasn't trembling with fear at the sight of the Troll.
"Quiet!" Albert hissed. "The Disillusionment Charm on us hasn't worn off yet. With the Troll ' eyesight and intelligence, they might not even notice us."
"What should we do!" George raised his wand; if he hadn't trusted Albert's judgment, he would have already thrown the spell at the Troll.
"Make way for the nest."
Albert began to deliberately move away from the Troll's lair, while taking out the Screaming Inflatable Skeleton he had bought from Zonko's Joke Shop from his pocket and throwing it toward the entrance of the lair, hoping to attract the Troll's attention.
Albert's judgment was quite correct. The Disillusionment Charm on the four were still in effect. If they were wild beasts with a keen sense of smell, they would definitely be able to find their exact location by their scent, but Troll were clearly not among them.
The reason these two Forest Troll reacted so violently was entirely due to Albert using Advanced Lumos Charm on the Troll' lair.
In the Dark Forest, even the slightest light can easily attract fire, and even the sluggish Forest Troll are no exception.
What happened next was pretty much exactly as Albert had predicted: the Screaming Inflatable Skeleton successfully attracted the attention of the two Troll as soon as it appeared.
Perhaps the Troll's bald little head couldn't possibly comprehend where this thing in front of it had come from. However, such doubts were fleeting; Troll rarely used their brains to think, and they usually didn't.
A Forest Troll charged forward, swinging a wooden club at the Inflatable Screaming Skeleton. These behemoths were incredibly strong; one blow smashed the inflatable skeleton to pieces, and even the ground beneath their feet trembled slightly.
"Don't stand there! Take them down."
Before the Forest Troll could react, Albert conjured a wooden mallet and struck it hard on the back of the head. The Forest Troll swayed for a moment, then fell face down with a loud thud, shaking the ground beneath its feet.
Fred, George, and Lee Jordan were no match for Albert's reaction speed. After being reminded by Albert, the three of them used Stunning Spell on the Troll together. The spell hit the back of another Forest Troll's head, making it stagger as if it were drunk.
"The Troll ' skin has some resistance to magic!" Albert directed the mallet to apply a finishing blow to the other Forest Troll as well. As for whether these two Forest Troll would suffer concussions as a result, that was not his concern.
"I didn't expect to take down the Troll so easily."
"These big guys are stupid. Besides being incredibly strong, they also smell awful. They could probably knock someone out!" George couldn't help but complain. "I heard from Bill that the Goblin train Troll to guard their vaults. I really don't know how they can stand the stench on Troll. Do the Goblin let the Troll take baths?"
"I don't believe a simple bath can remove the smell from Troll," Lee Jordan couldn't help but complain. "They're disgusting, like they've been fished out of a cesspool."
"Your description is disgusting."
The Troll they defeated was Forest Troll, with light green skin. Like its relatives, the Forest Troll is incredibly strong, but also utterly foolish. Of course, it also inherits Troll troll's violent temper and often fights for no reason.
None of the four dared to approach the unconscious Forest Troll rashly. Although they all knew that the Troll had fainted, none of them were willing to take the risk.
"This Troll has obviously used it to flatten its prey quite a few times," Lee Jordan couldn't help but remark.
"We just need to be careful not to get hurt by them." Albert waved his wand, causing the surrounding vines to turn into ropes that tightly bound the two Troll.
This is just in case.
"By the way, did you bring a camera?" Lee Jordan looked at Albert expectantly. As soon as he spoke, the Weasley Twins both looked at Albert, also wanting to capture the scene of them defeating the Troll.
"Why would we bring that thing? We're not here for tourism," Albert said irritably.
"It's a pity you brought your camera; I would have definitely taken a picture to remember it!" George was also a little disappointed. They were able to defeat the Troll in their second year, which would have been something they could brag about for a long time.
"Don't let your guard down," Albert said irritably. He wasn't disappointed, though, as the mission "Fearless Challenger" was already completed. He had originally thought he would have to wait until next semester to finish the mission, and even Albert hadn't expected it to be so quick.
"Let's go into the lair and see what good stuff we have. Maybe we'll find some treasure!" Albert teased, the scene before him giving Albert a feeling of playing a game.
In fantasy games, adventurers often search for treasures in the lairs of trolls, Gnoll, and kobolds after defeating them.
Although Albert didn't think he would find anything good, he was still prepared to go in and take a look.
"Do we really want to go in?" Lee Jordan hesitated. He didn't want to be disgusted by the scene inside the lair. Who knew what it looked like inside?
"If there's nothing inside, then we'll go back to school!" Albert pulled out Treasure Map, the pointer of which was pointing this way.
"Why don't you go in first? If there's nothing inside, we can go back together!" Fred suggested.
"I've decided, you'll lead the way into the lair!" Albert looked at Fred with a smile.
"I think that's a good idea too," the other two immediately agreed.
"Stop dawdling, let's go in!" George gave Fred a light nudge from behind and said with a smile.
"Merlin's beard, you can't do this," Fred protested. "If you're going in, then we're all going in together."
"Don't waste your time."
"Of course we'll go in, let's not waste time."
A few minutes later, a cry of surprise came from below the nest.
"Come here quickly, look what I found!"
The three looked at each other, and finally entered the Forest Troll's lair one after another. To be honest, the feeling was really uncomfortable.
Fortunately, he was protected by the Bubblehead Charm, otherwise Albert would have doubted whether he would have been overwhelmed by the stench of the lair after entering.
"You wouldn't be deliberately dragging us into this, would you?!"
George looked around but couldn't find the so-called Secret Treasure of Gryffindor.
Aside from the Troll ' garbage and excrement, there was nothing else in this nest that was more worthy of his attention.
"Come and look at this, it looks like... a statue," Fred said, pointing to the ground of the nest.
The three of them crowded around and saw what Fred was talking about; it looked like part of a broken statue.
