Truth and Lies

The story of Hagrid keeping dragons, despite being confirmed by the Ministry of Magic as false, still spread among Hogwarts students.

Rumors can be just that unbelievable sometimes.

"Last time, you said Hagrid kept a lizard. Could it be that the lizard you were talking about is the legendary fire dragon?" Lee Jordan, overhearing the others whispering about Hagrid keeping a dragon at the Hunting Grounds, couldn't help but steal a glance at Albert, who was reading a book, and casually asked.

He felt that Albert must know the truth.

"If Hagrid really kept a dragon, he would have been sent to Azkaban Prison for illegally keeping a dragon during the last Ministry of Magic raid," Albert said without looking up.

Yes!

As everyone knows, the Ministry of Ministry of Magic staff did not find the rumored little dragon in Hagrid's Hut.

However, not finding it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There are still many people at Hogwarts School who firmly believe that Hagrid hid the dragon, thus evading the Ministry of Magic's surprise inspections.

After all, the Forbidden Forest is so vast!

Hiding a dragon is not difficult.

Of course, these are all wishful thinking on their part.

As for the outcome, it doesn't really matter to them.

"The Ministry of Magic has already confirmed that this is false, so why are there still fools who believe it?" Albert looked up helplessly at the students who were eavesdropping on the two, and sighed softly. "If you think it's true, why don't you go to Hagrid's Hunting Cabin and check it out for yourselves?"

For some reason, these words sounded harsh to many people.

No one would bother to go to Hagrid's Hut to find out what was going on.

If they went, wouldn't they be proving themselves to be fools and idiots? Because in most people's minds, Hagrid never kept dragons.

"What an idiot!"

Fred and George both looked at Lee Jordan with a hint of pity in their eyes.

If you ask him privately, Albert might tell you.

But even if Albert knew the so-called truth, he wouldn't tell you directly in front of everyone!

"What kind of looks are those?" Lee Jordan felt uncomfortable being looked at by Fred and George.

Fred and George exchanged glances and teased each other with a laugh, "Of course, it's the look you give an idiot!"

"Idiots?" Lee Jordan scoffed, "I bet your Final Exam scores won't be as good as mine!"

"This has nothing to do with final grades," Fred said, tapping his head with his index finger. "It's purely about that."

"Stop fooling around!"

At that moment, Percy strode over, glaring at the Twins who were playing with Lee Jordan, and asked, "Ron's in the hospital, did you know?"

"Ron is in the hospital?" Fred and George both looked surprised.

"I just went to the School Hospital to see Ron. It looks like he was bitten on the hand by something. Madam Pomfrey said Ron might be poisoned and needs to be hospitalized for a few days for observation." Percy looked quite annoyed and couldn't help but complain, "They're all such a handful! How am I supposed to explain this to Mom?"

"Because I didn't take good care of Ron, and he accidentally got poisoned and had to be hospitalized?"

"Then just don't tell Mom," Fred said carelessly. "Anyway, it's not like Ron's hand needs to be amputated. Madam Pomfrey will definitely have a way to heal Ron's arm."

Ron got bitten by that dragon? It seems that the dragon will be sent away soon, and the dragon egg quest will finally come to an end.

Albert listened silently to the three people's conversation, then began packing his things to go to the library.

Where are you going?

"Library."

"Would you like to come with us to the School Hospital on our way?" Fred and George had long since given up on doing their homework here, and after hearing from Percy that Ron was hospitalized, they decided to visit Ron at the School Hospital.

As Ron's family, how could we not care about his condition when he was sick and hospitalized?

"Not on the way."

Albert was speechless. The library was on the fifth floor of the castle, and the School Hospital was on the second floor. Which one was on the way?

"Don't say that, let's go together." Fred put his arm around Albert's shoulder, looked at Lee Jordan who was chatting with the girls, and asked, "Do you want to come along?"

"Forget it!" Lee Jordan waved his parchment. "I still have a ton of homework to do."

When they arrived at the School Hospital, they found Ron lying in bed with one arm in a brace. "What happened to your hand?"

Fred examined Ron's hand, which was resting on the brace. It was almost twice its original size, and each finger looked like a sausage, making it look rather comical.

"What bit you?" George raised his hand to poke Ron's swollen arm.

"I got bitten by a dog," Ron said through gritted teeth. "Hagrid's pet is poisonous. You wouldn't believe it, this hand hurts like it's going to break. Don't touch it, do you want me to die of pain?"

Because of George's reckless actions, all three of them were expelled from the School Hospital by Madam Pomfrey.

"You believe Ron was bitten by a dog?" Fred clearly didn't believe Ron's nonsense.

"I guess Hagrid got some kind of poisonous or dangerous pet again, and Ron got bitten while playing with it," Albert casually replied.

"What's wrong?"

George turned his head and followed Albert and Fred's gaze, seeing Lee Jordan jogging towards them.

"Malfoy is holding a letter and is going around telling everyone..." Lee Jordan said breathlessly.

"What did you say?" George asked.

"That letter seems to be from Charlie to Ron. It says he's willing to adopt Hagrid's Norwegian Ridgeback," Lee Jordan said, seemingly excited, as he shared the good news with the three of them.

"They're planning to take the dragon away on Saturday." Lee Jordan, with a "I knew it!" look on his face, continued, "Via the Astronomy Tower!"

"So, everyone's planning to go to the Astronomy Tower on Saturday night to watch the spectacle?" Albert's expression became even more peculiar.

"Is that not allowed?"

"Actually, I'm really looking forward to a group of people going to the Astronomy Tower on Saturday night and getting caught by Filch." Albert reached out and patted Lee Jordan's shoulder, whose excited smile was gradually freezing. "It's okay, someone will accompany you to clean the chamber pots."

"You think this is a lie Ron made up to trick that jerk from the Malfoy family?" Fred murmured incredulously. "When did Ron become so clever?"

"It wasn't Ron, I actually wrote that letter!"

A voice came from beside them; it was Hermione. She and Harry were on their way to the School Hospital to visit Ron.

"You made up a whole lie out of thin air to make Draco Malfoy believe that there really is a dragon or something, hoping to get Malfoy into trouble by having him go to the Astronomy Tower at night?"

George had already filled in all of this in his mind.

"Yes, yes, you should know that Malfoy framed Hagrid, saying that Hagrid kept a dragon, and we were going to..." Hermione was actually a little flustered when she received the news, but after hearing Albert's analysis, she immediately understood what Albert's wink meant and directly admitted to it.

"Don't let anyone else know."

Although they were told not to let others know, the news quickly spread throughout Hogwarts Castle.

The conversation was overheard by a passing student, and soon everyone knew about it, no one knows who spread it.

"A conspiracy, a hoax?"

The news quickly reached Malfoy, who looked at the letter in his hand and gave a cold smile. He had personally witnessed Weasley receiving the letter and personally stuffing it into the book, which was why he took the opportunity to visit Weasley and borrow the book under the guise of borrowing it.

How could a letter be fake?

Malfoy quickly realized why the other party had done this.

They knew they had taken the letter and made it public knowledge, so they resorted to this method.

That must be it.

Don't think you can fool me!
