Dong Huaiyue is a reincarnated being whose current life began as the Martial Goddess on Earth. She adopts the name “Dong Huaiyue” to impersonate the Eastern Embrace Clan's Old Ancestor while exploring the Saint Emperor inheritance with Qin Heng. 710

Her connection to the Eastern Embrace Clan predates her present identity.
