Lan Xuan Ke is an ancient human cultivator who has lived for an Epoch and witnessed countless geniuses rise and fall. His experience led him to value fighting spirit, responsibility, and the ability to endure hardship over simple talent or privileged origins 451 453.

Three or four Void Ember Seasons before visiting Earth, he encountered the Martial Goddess while she was fighting an enemy. Recognizing the aura of the Celestial Body Path, he assisted her and offered to accept her as a disciple; she refused, insisting that she could travel the Universe alone. When they met again, her strength had fallen drastically, leading Lan Xuan Ke to suspect that the later figure was only an avatar rather than her main body 451.

The Martial Goddess later asked him to protect Earth for three Void Ember Years in connection with Qin Heng. Although the Li Clan and Returning Heaven Alliance became threats to the planet, Lan Xuan Ke maintained his commitment and chose to support Qin Heng and Earth 451.

He arrived on Earth through a Void Passage with Shi Duan Tian, rewarded Chi Kui and Huang Miao with secret techniques, enhanced Qin Heng’s weapons, and began assessing Qin Heng’s potential 449 452.

Lan Xuan Ke is patient, observant, and unusually generous toward promising juniors. He does not force Qin Heng into formal discipleship, instead allowing him to become a core member of Purple Snow Star while still offering instruction and protection 453.

He regards treasures and opportunities with restraint. During the Dragon Emperor’s Cave Abode expedition, he explicitly refused to seize items belonging to Qin Heng or Qin Heng’s companions, believing that doing so would create division within his own side 702.
