Supreme Superboy Clark Kent looked up and saw the white-haired Old Superman of Earth 2, Clark Kent, wearing a Hawaiian shirt and sitting across the table.

He looked exactly as lifelike as he had when he was alive.

This was a small cabin. Supreme Superboy had no idea why he was here.

But this was a dream. Those unforgettable pains were less painful here, no longer burning and stabbing at his soul every moment.

A thin layer of mist had settled over the world, temporarily concealing those unbearable memories of the past.

The firewood in the fireplace blazed, occasionally giving off a faint crackle.

Supreme Superboy felt slightly at peace.

He was certain that he had fallen under some kind of mental-control magic, and he had the confidence and ability to break free. But he was not in a hurry to do so—for now.

He had already lost his exact goal. All along, he had simply been in pain.

There was no better time than now... in a dream.

It was as if someone had shielded your mind and given you some kind of medicine for depression or mania, leaving you calm and tranquil all day while keeping your sorrow and pain behind a towering wall.

You actually could not bear to leave.

But one question continued to linger in Supreme Superboy's mind:

Why was he here? Why was he in this cabin, a place he barely remembered?
