"The Anti-Monitor is using Batman Dragon to create some kind of temporal loop. You should understand that, right? Rather than fight him for supremacy in the quagmire of the DC Multiverse, why not leap out of this quagmire and embrace a brand-new world? What do you say?"
Monitor still said nothing.
He tacitly approved World Forger's actions.
