His office grants him extraordinary authority over the city's Rules and timeline, but forces him to bear the accumulated memories and exhaustion of countless restarts alone. Although he has ruled for only several thousand outward years, he has personally experienced hundreds of thousands of years across repeated timelines. 297 383

The Human Emperor's throne gives him power sufficient to confront gods, speak to figures such as Zhen Yuanzi as an equal, and potentially rival the Heavenly Emperor.
