Principles

Array Techniques are manifestations of the Heavenly Dao, representing divine sense's comprehension of its rules. In the external world, an array requires an Array Medium, Spirit Ink, Array Patterns, and spiritual power; its effects are realized through spiritual power, including the lethality of five-element and other spiritual powers. 285

Array Hubs

The Array Hub determines an array's layout. Its construction observes principles such as round Heaven and square Earth, the Two Polarities, Four Symbols, and Eight Trigrams directions; Array Patterns of different attributes must be placed in their corresponding directions to function. 64

Array Media

An Array Medium is any suitable object that carries Array Patterns after they are inscribed. Materials include array paper, stone steles, copper, iron, earth, and wood; Spirit Artifacts bearing arrays can also serve as Array Media. 64

Classification

Compound Arrays

Compound Arrays link multiple individual arrays to overcome the limits of a cultivator's divine sense and produce stronger effects. Unlike a single array, they do not need to be completed in one thought. 131

The First-Grade Molten Fire Spirit-Control Compound Array is an example built on a Five Elements Array Hub. It combines two First-Grade Molten Fire Arrays, a Spirit Gathering Array, a Cold Qi Array, and a Metal-Stone Formation. 195

Absolute Arrays

Absolute Arrays require many Array Patterns, high Divine Sense, and either a transformation in the essence of spiritual power or special array inheritance. Their mastery depends on insight into particular rules. 533

Divine Sense Arrays

Arrays within the Sea of Consciousness differ from external arrays: without physical media or external spiritual power, their effects and might are directly those of divine sense. 285
