Background / History

Qian Xunji initially serves as the Pope of Spirit Hall from the Papal Palace in Spirit City. When Yue Guan brings Gu Han before him, he personally verifies the boy's enhanced physique, recognizes his talent and modesty, and accepts him as a disciple alongside Bibi Dong. He intends for Gu Han's diligence and scholarly interests to positively influence Bibi Dong's studies and cultivation. 10 12 13

He teaches his disciples about Spirit Hall's origin and its Angel Lineage, asserting that the institution exists to protect the continent and prevent Evil Soul Masters from gaining a foothold. He treats the high-ranking offerings of the Worship Hall with respect, acknowledging the authority earned by their strength. 13 14

Seeking to overcome his cultivation bottleneck, Qian Xunji consumes Whale Rubber and practices the Angel Meditation Method inherited through the Qian bloodline. Later, Yue Guan presents him with the Radiant Paradise Herb; Qian Xunji sees it as an opportunity to reach Rank 99, absorbs it, and gains the Angel Eight Trials. 25 47 56
