Background / History

Tang Yuehua was born into the Clear Sky Sect as Tang Chen’s granddaughter and the younger sister of Tang Xiao and Tang Hao. Her innate Level 9 Soul Power, Noble Circle Martial Soul, and Innate Domain marked her as a gifted child, but neither her Martial Soul nor Domain had fully awakened. This caused all Soul Power entering her body to be absorbed rather than retained, leaving her unable to cultivate past Level 9. 166 191 237

While unable to cultivate, Yuehua developed into a refined and widely knowledgeable noblewoman. She founded and managed Moonlight Pavilion, where she taught etiquette and musical arts, and became a respected figure among Heaven Dou’s nobles. 187 241 338

After Tang Chen asked Gu Han to investigate her condition, Gu Han and Bibi Dong discovered that her Innate Domain was the source of the blockage. Gu Han flooded her Dantian with Soul Power until the dormant power completed its awakening, allowing her to break through to Level 10. 191 237

Her Noble Circle subsequently evolved into the Heavenly Rhythm Nine Harmony Ring, a Super Martial Soul with mental, water, and holy attributes. Her cultivation aptitude became comparable to that of someone with Innate Full Soul Power, despite her delayed start. 237 246

Appearance

Tang Yuehua is a tall, elegant woman with long silver-blue hair, exquisite features, and a consistently noble, dignified bearing. 439 518

  • Her poise and radiance make many nobles feel unable to treat her as an equal. 386
  • She favors refined, specially tailored clothing and presents herself with deliberate elegance. 238
  • Her evolved Martial Soul manifests as a silver-blue ring decorated with gem-like stars and interwoven purple, gold, and blue patterns. 238

Personality

Yuehua is gentle, dignified, and highly composed. She possesses the bearing expected of a noblewoman and can remain calm even when confronted with deeply personal tragedies, including Tang Hao’s death and revelations concerning her family’s manipulation by divine forces. 187 421 422

She is also patient and self-aware in matters of affection. Although she develops strong feelings for Gu Han, she recognizes that forcing a relationship would only alienate him; she instead resolves to become his friend while steadily improving herself through cultivation. 166 246 270

Years spent managing Moonlight Pavilion and moving through political circles have made Yuehua an exceptionally convincing actor and strategist. When Tang San seeks her aid, she feigns outrage and sympathy to draw out his intentions while concealing her true hostility. 431 432
