Background

Born to a declining Magic Aristocrat family, Aphnora was sent by her father to the strict Witch Tower to train in magic and restore her house. Her exceptional talent drew the attention of the witch Catherine, who tutored her as though she were a daughter. Catherine was ultimately attempting to turn Aphnora into a soul vessel, using the remnant soul of the deceased Goddess of Music and an ancient Divine Descent Technique to seize the Music Godhead. The scheme instead resulted in Aphnora becoming the new Goddess of Music. 53
