History
The first Human Emperor led Humanity through an era in which countless races slaughtered one another. Human Emperor bloodlines consequently carry an innate suppressive effect over ordinary Humans; the customary kneeling before a Human Emperor is framed as gratitude for that ancient protection rather than a claim of inherent nobility 903.
An ancient sheepskin scroll records an even earlier Human catastrophe: ninety-nine Human Emperor Sacred Mountains were ruined, and thirty-six Human supreme experts entered the Demonic Path to awaken the Human-Demon Bloodline. After helping Humanity survive, these Human-Demons were reportedly sealed or destroyed by the Human Emperor of their era because of their feared power 1527 1528.
The Human Ancestral Court controls the Ancestral Land, described as the Human race's true foundation. Its core region is normally sealed and may be entered only during a crisis 621.
Blue Star's humans underwent global Datafication when the System loaded communication, forum, safe-zone, wilderness-instance, job-transfer, and life-conversion modules into the world 1. The transformation gave ordinary people access to levels, classes, quests, equipment, and supernatural abilities 2 262.
Datafication Traits
Attribute Panels
Blue Star humans received game-like Attribute Panels governed by five basic attributes 2.
| Attribute | Primary effect |
|---|---|
| Strength | Physical attack 2 |
| Agility | Movement speed and attack speed 2 |
| Spirit | Magic attack and mana 2 |
| Constitution | HP 2 |
| Stamina | Defense 2 |
- Every individual possesses a Talent, though its quality and usefulness vary greatly 2.
- Humans initially have three death counts; exhausting them results in complete death rather than unlimited resurrection 2.
- Additional death counts can be earned through opportunities such as first-killing a wild BOSS or first-clearing a dungeon 2.
- The Longevity Art is explicitly restricted to Humans; its third layer grants lifespan, Constitution, HP, regeneration, and a shorter False Death cooldown 371.
Branches and Related Peoples
- Blue Blood Race — A Human branch distinguished by blue blood, which accelerates cultivation and enables a powerful Blood-Burning Secret Art 1106.
- Winged Human Race — A branch that split and evolved from the Human race. Their Wing Realm was later occupied by the Feathered Human Race, whose invasion devastated their population and power 1110.
- Feathered Human Race — A people born from unions between Angels and Humans; despite their Human ancestry, they are distinct from the Winged Human Race 1110.
- Three-Eyed Race and Celestial Human Race — Counted among Human branches at the seventy-sixth Emperor Pass 1106.
- Orthodox Humans — A term used for Humans gathered separately from other Human branches in the Great Emperor's secondary tomb 1134.
Society and Political Position
The Human Realm contains several Human-led powers, including Great Qin, Great Han, Great Tang, Great Song, and Great Ming. Despite its name, it also includes races such as Angels, Dragons, and Demons 1125.
In the Chaos Sea, the Human race's overall strength is comparable to the races near the top ten of the Myriad Races Ranking, but it cannot enter that tier through total racial strength alone. It has cultivated Great Immortal Venerables, Heavenly Venerables, and one Supreme to contend with the Bone Clan in Immortal Venerable Battles 1369.
The Human race's standing differs by region. In the Eternal Great Universe, it is considered a strong first-rate race, yet remains below top powers and the Ten Great Immortal Sects; several hostile races and sects prey upon Humans or covet their population 1506.
Major Events
- Blue Star's Datafication — Blue Star's human population was converted into players subject to levels, death counts, equipment, and class changes 1 2.
- Protection of Blue Star — When Blue Star's leveling zones and Mythic Dungeons attracted interstellar attention, Human powerhouses declared that they would protect the Humans living there rather than monopolize the planet 564.
- Demon Dragon Realm oppression — Humans in the Demon Dragon Realm endured Demon Dragon enslavement for hundreds of thousands of years. Their rebellion was suppressed until Wang Xian intervened against the Demon Dragons 806 807.
- Failed Immortal Emperor breakthrough — Human Immortal Venerables attempted to cultivate an Immortal Emperor using pooled Immortal Emperor Origins. After witnessing the newly advanced Ancient Immortal Clan emperor die, they repeatedly interrupted their own breakthrough and suffered backlash; they later regretted disregarding Wang Xian's warnings 1251.
- Ye Family evacuation — The Human Race Elder Council sealed the Ye Family's ancestral planet after learning of its intended migration. Wang Xian subsequently opened portals to his Inner World and relocated the Ye Family and its subordinate races 1224 1226.
- Myriad Races Ranking conflict — The Human race prepared to challenge the Bone Clan through Immortal Venerable Battles, relying on its sole Supreme and its cultivated Heavenly Venerables 1369.
Relationships
- Wang Xian — A Human cultivator whose actions repeatedly affect Human populations: he saved enslaved Humans in the Demon Dragon Realm, proposed relocating Humanity into his Inner World, and later evacuated the Ye Family 807 1038 1226.
- Human Emperor — An inherited leadership and bloodline institution. Activated Human Emperor bloodlines suppress ordinary Humans, reflecting the first Human Emperor's role in Humanity's survival 903.
- Winged Human Race — A branch of the Human race whose homeland was seized by the Feathered Human Race 1110.
- Feathered Human Race — A Human–Angel descendant race and the Winged Human Race's principal enemy in the Wing Realm 1110 1124.
