Background / History

Cheng Yao first meets Wang Xian while he is using the false identity “Brother Guang.” Open and trusting, she introduces herself as “Yao Yao” and freely reveals her Mythical Grade talent, not realizing that such information could make her a target. Wang Xian recognizes her as the future Flower Goddess from his previous life and warns her to conceal both her talent and Attribute Panel. 12 26

She joins Wang Xian's leveling party and reaches Level 10 after receiving the Goblin BOSS's experience through his [Mercy] skill. Although she benefits most from the kill, she refuses to claim the BOSS's loot and accepts only two gold coins for future potion purchases. 16 18

At a dried lake, Cheng Yao alone can touch a Spirit Flower that Wang Xian cannot perceive physically. She initially offers it to him, but eventually consumes it herself. The flower encases her in a giant bud and grants her the Flower God Hidden Profession, transforming both her appearance and combat potential. 24 25

Despite her impulsiveness and inexperience, she is generous and principled. She sincerely attempts to give Wang Xian the Spirit Flower, refuses BOSS loot she believes she did not earn, and follows his warnings about keeping her dangerous skills secret. 18 24 26
