Sword Twenty-Three emerged during the early Datafication period as the first-ranked player in the Dragon Kingdom at Level 12. Unlike many early powerhouses, he had not existed in Wang Xian's previous life; Wang Xian suspected he would originally have been among the holders of Mythical Grade talents assassinated overseas.
