The Evil Tide Civilization completed its Dimensional Ascension Gate and withdrew from the Decay Time-Space as the Decayed Civilization struggled to survive. After the Fallen Emperor departed and the Evil Tide began its relocation, a new contest erupted around the seven Gates of Rules, drawing Saine into a dangerous confrontation.

• Saine fused three flames and advanced to the Half-Level-9 mid-stage as the Evil Tide Civilization occupied much of the Decayed Civilization’s territory and pushed the Dimensional Ascension Gate toward completion.
• Demon Ancestor Kai Huang invaded the Thorn Sun Flower Great World, and Fallen Emperor rescued Autumn and other survivors before Demon Fall Supreme departed through a space-time vortex and entrusted the Evil Tide Civilization’s future to its next generation.
• Saine resurrected Mandara, and the Dimensional Ascension Gate opened after Raymond altered the Sky-Sea World’s rules, prompting the Evil Tide Civilization to begin withdrawing from Decay Time-Space.
• Saine and his allies helped defeat Aurora, while Fallen Emperor reached the Level-9 Mid-Stage and created treasures for Kassio and Er'gongde before confronting the Enlightenment Prophet near the seven Gates of Rules.
• Fallen Emperor departed through a Gate of Rules with the true spirits of fallen Decayed Civilization experts, while the Evil Tide Civilization sent its first travelers through its own ascension gate.
• As the Twisted Void Civilization attacked the weakened Decayed Civilization, Saine and allied forces joined the war, and the combined counteroffensive drove the Twisted Void forces back before the factions withdrew from Decay Time-Space.
• The Evil Tide Civilization accelerated its relocation as several Dominators were rejected by the Time-Space Rules, while more powers gathered near the seven Gates of Rules.
• The King of Myriad Forms led a melee near the Gates of Rules, Cthulhu ordered an attack on the Undying Supreme and Saine, and the Enlightenment Prophet broke his seal and began advancing to Level 9.

Saine and the Undying Supreme joined the battle against the Enlightenment Prophet, and Pan Gu helped defeat him in the Chaos Void. The Evil Tide Civilization completed its departure, while Saine gathered blood samples and prepared to follow the others later.

• The Enlightenment Prophet reached Level 9, restrained Dominators, and battled Cthulhu as Saine and the God of Machines prepared to join the conflict.
• The Undying Supreme advanced to Level 9 and sent treasures to Demon Emperor Raymond, Ogrimmar, and Mist and Haze Demon Ancestor before joining the battle.
• Saine, Little White, the God of Machines, and the Undying Supreme fought the Enlightenment Prophet as the Evil Tide Civilization migrated through its Dimensional Ascension Gate.
• Saine fused Fumila, Icarus, Mandara, and other Mechanical Element Dominators into the God of Machines, which blocked the Enlightenment Prophet and helped carry him toward the Chaos Void.
• Pan Gu struck the restrained Enlightenment Prophet with the Creation of the Heavens Axe, while Immortal Domain forces fought the Star Realm Dominators trapped in the Chaos Void.
• Pan Gu destroyed the Enlightenment Prophet’s body and hidden spirit, while fragments of his Rules Origin spread through the Prehistoric World and other Cultivation Worlds.
• Saine exchanged words with Ming and received two vials of his Level-9 Blood as the Immortal Domain and Mechanical forces defeated the remaining Star Realm Dominators.
• Pan Gu gave the Undying Supreme and Gray Mist Level-9 the Enlightenment Prophet’s blood, and the Undying Supreme departed with the Evil Tide Civilization while Saine stayed behind.

Saine accompanied the Evil Tide Civilization to the Seven Gates of Rules, where the Dominators fought over passage and a black torrent erupted from a Death Gate. After the gates vanished, Saine secured treasures and helped settle the survivors’ disputes, while the Undying Supreme departed for the Higher Dimensional Plane.

• Saine brought Gongsun Wudi and other allies to the Seven Gates of Rules as Dominators battled for the remaining gates and the Evil Tide Civilization completed its evacuation.
• Cthulhu entered his chosen Gate of Rules, and Saine reached through the used gate to retrieve a Gray-Blue Rule Stone.
• Nan Yang bargained with the Undying Supreme for a gate, while the King of Myriad Forms and other Dominators entered gates amid the fighting.
• A black torrent burst through a Gate of Rules, killing many Dominators before Saine collected samples and the torrent retreated, leaving the Death Gate open.
• Saine sent a Source Energy Sub-City through the Death Gate, discovered a chained man beyond it, and used the Astral Realm Will’s blessing to repel the force pulling him inside.
• The Gates of Rules vanished, and Saine watched the wounded Asu Man’er die before trading a Golden Pill to the Scythe Wing King for the Staff of the Gods and arranging for the survivors to share the spoils peacefully.
• The Undying Supreme entrusted the Evil Tide Civilization to Secluded Bamboo Supreme and entered a perilous vortex to the Higher Dimensional Plane.

Saine helped the Wizard Civilization consolidate its gains, strengthen its guardians, and prepare for expansion while new worlds joined the Wizard Alliance. As he and Master Naige'er explored the altered Flowing Light Retrospective World, Saine began preparing for war with the Demon Subjugation Alliance, leaving the story on the eve of the Thirtieth Wizard Alliance Assembly.

• The Evil Tide Civilization launched a devastating offensive against the Demon Subjugation Alliance, then withdrew after forty-seven years, while Saine prepared the Wizard Civilization to consolidate its gains rather than rush into an all-out war.
• As the Evil Tide forces departed through the Dimensional Ascension Gate, Saine and Naige'er retrieved Source Tracing Stones and escaped the Flowing Light Retrospective World, leaving the Destruction Spring behind as it pursued Level 9.
• Saine returned to the Demon Territory, welcomed new talents and worlds into the Wizard Alliance, and organized the Wizard Civilization’s development and leadership plans.
• Saine restored the Wizard World’s Sun and Moon Rules, arranged for the Meimeier siblings to become its new Guardians, and proposed extending their protection to nearby star domains.
• At the Sky City Imperial Council, Saine advanced immigration policies, nominated Green to lead the Wizard Civilization, and contributed most of the high-end materials he had seized to its development.
• Saine and Master Naige'er revisited the Flowing Light Retrospective World, where the Destruction Spring entrusted them with its memories and the Myriad Springs World Cluster before they escaped its gathering destruction tide.
• Saine traveled alone through the Wizard Alliance, supported its member worlds, and promised Nair Wen Yinke that he would repair the Underworld’s Annihilation Mirror Wheel.
• As the Thirtieth Wizard Alliance Assembly approached, Saine arrived at Howling Stone World and learned that the Seven Directions Conglomerate and Demon Subjugation Alliance were assembling for a conflict that could surpass the Dimensional Hegemony.
