The Terrifying Holy Knight (Three Chapters Combined)

Abel saw the High-level Holy Knight Charge toward him. He moved so fast that his figure was almost impossible to see. The Teleportation spell in his constantly maintained left hand activated, and his body vanished from its original position, reappearing on the other side of the battlefield.

Just as he thought he was safe, the High-level Holy Knight suddenly turned sharply during his Charge, then charged toward him again.

Abel was greatly surprised. After a Sorceress used Teleportation, the enemy would lose its target. As far as he knew, the Charge skill could not alter its target.

Let's see whether your Charge is faster, or my Teleportation! He snorted inwardly. The light of Teleportation simultaneously lit up in both his hands. His figure vanished in a flash of white light and reappeared on the other side of the battlefield.

As an Intermediate Wizard who was not particularly powerful, Abel's greatest strength was not his lightning talent, but his casting speed. Other Sorceresses cast spells by drawing Spell Patterns. After countless years of practice, they could draw Spell Patterns in an extremely short time.

Abel was different. He only needed to use his mental power to activate the spells on the skill tree inside the Horadric Cube, and the Spell Patterns would appear automatically. The process was practically instantaneous.

He also knew that he could not defeat the High-level Holy Knight by himself. It was best not to engage the High-level Holy Knight at close range. He had no desire to test how powerful the knight's attacks were.

A trace of surprise also flashed through the High-level Holy Knight's eyes. An Intermediate Wizard of level sixteen could cast spells so quickly, and the intervals between consecutive uses of Teleportation were so short that his most proficient mutated skill, Charge, had missed.
