"So that's what you were thinking, Milim." The Giant Chief lowered his head and chuckled.
"Milim, we won't betray the Giant King. We'll report everything that happened here truthfully, and then we'll head to Many Countries!"
"After all, there's no other way around it." The Giant Chief looked at his brothers beside him and found that every giant's eyes were deeply moved.
"Who told us to have such a willful little sister?"
A satisfied smile hung on Milim's face. "This is enough. Remember, once you get to Many Countries, you have to build a huge palace."
"You don't need to tell me that." The Giant Chief watched Milim's departing figure with a smile and murmured to himself.
El followed behind Milim, already left thoroughly dazed by the scene. He had never expected that one trip back to the Home of the Lambs would result in Milim luring an entire village of giants to Many Countries.
Sometimes, El truly had to marvel at Milim's unmatched affinity. At times, she was practically like a succubus.
She could get along well with anyone, whether they were strong or weak, and speak with them as equals. Her childlike personality also happened to awaken that tiny bit of maternal instinct in everyone's hearts.
Milim was not perfect. She was undoubtedly a powerful person, yet she constantly acted like an innocent, straightforward child. She loved sweets and threw little tantrums. That contrast of "the strength of the powerful + the innocence of a child" made people feel no distance between themselves and Milim.
Moreover, her optimism and energy were incredibly infectious. No matter what happened, she could quickly recover her spirits. Like a little sun, she brought a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere to those around her, making people unconsciously sway along with her emotions.
Milim and El arrived at the Demon King first and discovered that the Bald Giant had somehow already taken a seat inside.
With a brilliant smile, Milim stepped forward to greet him. "Yo! Giant Uncle, you got here pretty fast."
Giant Uncle sighed helplessly. "Every time I say my name, you pretend not to hear it."
"Have I?" Milim widened her eyes, looking utterly clueless!
Giant Uncle rolled his eyes. "What do you think? Is my name really Giant Uncle?"
"If I really didn't hear it, then that was completely beyond my control. My ears automatically block out things I don't want to hear. Giant Uncle, the reason I didn't hear your name must be because it's too complicated."
Milim nodded with great certainty.
"You're not the only one who's said that. My giant friends only call me Blacksmith too. They all say my name is too complicated and they can't remember it at all." Giant Uncle sighed helplessly. He did not want it to be this way either, but his parents had given him that name, and he could not exactly change it.
"Forget those little things." Seeing that Giant Uncle was in a bad mood, Milim immediately hauled out a huge pile of cakes from the storage.
"Let's see who can eat the most cake."
Giant Uncle raised an eyebrow. "Competing with a giant in appetite? Little girl, you're not joking, are you?"
"A mere giant could never beat Lord Milim in an eating contest." Milim spoke as she let out a smug laugh.
"Haha, then let's give it a try." Giant Uncle laughed as well. The two of them grabbed cakes at the same time and began stuffing them into their mouths.
While the two of them ate with great enthusiasm, El finished loading the food aboard the ship, then left several people behind in Giant Village to serve as guides. He was afraid that those simple-minded giants would not know where Many Countries was.
Once everything had been prepared, he saw Milim competing with the giant in appetite and did not disturb them. He simply restarted the Demon King.
This time, the Demon King set course for Mechanical Island.
Time flowed like water, and more than half a month passed in the blink of an eye.

During those days aboard the ship, Milim did nothing but eat and sleep. Once she had slept her fill, she would go watch what strange new things Giant Uncle was forging.
She occasionally made a Den Den Mushi call to Lingling, and her days passed quite comfortably.
She also learned from Lingling that Roger had already left. Apparently, their next destination was the legendary Elbaf, the giant nation known as the world's strongest country.
Lingling had always wanted to form an alliance with Elbaf, but the two sides were too far apart. For the time being, they could not offer each other any cooperation that would bring tangible benefits, so the matter had to be dropped.
The giants from Giant Village would surely keep Lingling happy for quite some time. Milim specifically instructed El not to tell Lingling about it.
Milim was preparing to give Lingling a surprise.
With the sound of the anchor dropping into the water, Milim finally arrived at the destination of this journey.
Mechanical Island, "Baldimore."
Located in the Paradise section of the Grand Line, it was home to the future nation of Baldimore and the birthplace of the future Marine scientist Vegapunk.
Mechanical Island was a Winter Island, covered in ice and snow all year round.
Still wearing her usual clothes and feeling no cold at all, Milim jumped down from the Demon King.
El, on the other hand, could not take it. He had long since changed into winter clothing, and his thick down jacket wrapped his entire fish-man body up like a ball.
Giant Uncle was even less willing to leave the Demon King because of the cold and was still staying in his room.
"Snow!" Milim was utterly thrilled. She dove straight into a snowbank and rolled around several times. Over all these years, she had only seen snow when she was little, and had never seen it again afterward.
The climate across the Grand Line in Pirate King completely defied natural laws. Some islands did not even follow the cycle of spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
Spring Islands were always spring, Summer Islands were always summer, Autumn Islands were always autumn, and Winter Islands were always winter. Yet what defied natural laws even more was that food could bear fruit on Spring Islands.
El did not hurry to stop Milim from playing. Since they had already reached Mechanical Island, there was no need to rush the rest.
Besides, how long could Milim play for anyway?
Before long, Milim began rolling snowballs across the snow. A small snowball rapidly grew larger and larger, eventually becoming several times taller than Milim herself!
Milim was about to build the first Snowman of her Pirate life here when a small Robot suddenly popped out from who knew where.
An electronic voice came from the little Robot. "Dangerous individual detected: Destruction Demon Lord Milim. Connecting to Dr. Vegapunk."
The Robot then fell silent. Milim also gave up on building a Snowman and walked over curiously, poking the Robot with a finger.
"Oh, so this is a Robot?"
Milim had heard everything the Robot said just now. El followed close behind her and looked at the Robot.
Soon, a flash of light flickered across the previously motionless Robot's screen.
A young man who looked quite youthful, yet had an unexpectedly enormous head, appeared on the screen.
