"Ah!" Harald sighed. No matter how foolish he was, he understood Rocks's meaning now. A nation with such a wonderful life and such powerful strength would threaten the World Government's rule once it grew strong enough.
Now that the Giant Kingdom was connected to Many Countries, Many Countries—which already made the World Government extremely wary—would become even more conspicuous. Even Elbaf, the Giant Kingdom, would be dragged into it.
"Oh my!" Shiki pulled a comical smile across his face. "I really don't know what to say about you. Calling you lunatics doesn't seem right, since you look perfectly normal. Calling you little girls immersed in fairy tales doesn't fit either, because you're so powerful."
"You really are impossible to understand."
"Life in Many Countries..." Newgate sighed as memories of his homeland resurfaced. If his homeland had been as strong as Many Countries, perhaps he would never have become a Pirate.
Big Mom lay sprawled across Newgate's shoulder, unmoved by anything they said. All she could think about was that if they could support so many people, Many Countries must contain countless treasures. Her mind was filled with greedy thoughts.
The next instant, Big Mom felt a chill run through her body. She immediately looked up and found Milim staring straight at her. There was clearly no trace of Conqueror's Haki, yet the terror she inspired was more profound than any Conqueror's Haki.
This girl was absolutely a monster among monsters.
"We don't need you to understand what we do. We do it simply because we want to. That is the Pride of the strong, isn't it?!" Charlotte Lingling tapped the table with her finger, her eyes fixed intently on everyone.
"Gurara!" Rocks took a huge gulp of liquor, then smashed his glass onto the table and laughed loudly. "That's right! The right to decide how to change the world belongs to the strong!"
"But, Charlotte Lingling, shouldn't you thank me? I've gone to great lengths to draw the World Government's attention away for you."
"If it weren't for us, Many Countries wouldn't have had such an easy time developing."
"Oh!" Charlotte Lingling glanced at Milim and found her casually swinging her legs while eating a dessert as large as her entire body from the table, as though she had not understood Rocks's words at all.
Seeing Milim like this, Charlotte Lingling understood what she meant.
"Then we really should thank you. If it weren't for you, even more people would die!" Charlotte Lingling spoke her thanks with the same calm expression, but showed no sign of being moved.
"Don't be so cold, Lingling!" Rocks was not surprised in the least to see Charlotte Lingling thanking him without showing any real gratitude.
He then began explaining his plan. "Speaking of which, we're the ones drawing the World Government's attention right now. If we fail, Many Countries will be the first nation the World Government wipes out."
"You are indeed right. So let's stop speaking in riddles and get straight to the plan." Charlotte Lingling's expression remained calm, unaffected by Rocks's words.
Hearing that, Rocks turned serious and stopped joking around. "I can't tell you the entire plan. You've all already eaten Devil Fruits, so I can't provide you with too much help either."

"But one thing is certain: one day in the future, a world-shaking war will break out. During that war, the god in the Flower Room will appear."
"The Celestial Dragons?" Charlotte Lingling tilted her head in confusion. She did not think the Celestial Dragons deserved the title of god.
Milim, meanwhile, tilted her head in surprise. So Rocks had really met Imu. Before crossing over, Milim had never read the manga set in Rocks's era. What she knew of Rocks came from fanfiction, so she had never been entirely certain.
But now she could be sure. Rocks had definitely been to the Flower Room and met Imu, the true ruler of the World Government.
This obvious reaction naturally caught Rocks's attention. He froze for a moment, his eyes widening as an extraordinarily bold idea suddenly emerged in his mind.
"Hey!! Milim, don't tell me you know something?!" Though phrased as a question, Rocks said it with absolute certainty.
The moment he spoke, everyone's eyes gathered on the short girl in the middle. Milim looked around, then swallowed the snack in her mouth.
"I think I've seen the god you're talking about." Milim rested one hand beneath her chin, completely immersed in her memories. "When I passed by the Red Line Continent, I instinctively used Dragon Eyes to scan in its direction."
"At the time, I found a very strange place—a room filled with flowers. Inside stood a completely black figure with a very strange appearance. But I had something to do at the time, so I didn't pay much attention and left."
"I only thought the Flower Room you mentioned sounded very similar to the room I saw."
Rocks gave Milim a deep look, then smiled again. "I see. Maybe you really did see that guy."
"What exactly are you talking about?! What Flower Room? What god above the Red Line Continent?!" Harald shouted, unable to understand—or perhaps unwilling to believe it. His voice was sharper and louder than ever before.
"Harald, you still refuse to believe it? One day, you'll understand everything completely, and then you'll join my side. I look forward to that day." With that, Rocks stopped looking at Harald.
He turned and walked out of the tavern. The crew followed behind Rocks, chatting and laughing. When they reached the entrance, Rocks suddenly stopped, and the crew stopped with him. He turned back toward Charlotte Lingling and Milim.
In a calm voice, Rocks asked a question for which he did not expect an answer. "When that war begins, Many Countries will definitely join it, won't they?"
After saying that, Rocks turned and left for good. Only Harald, Charlotte Lingling, and the others remained in the tavern, watching Rocks's figure gradually disappear.
Milim understood very well that the war Rocks anticipated would not begin as he imagined. The God Valley Incident had caused the war to begin early. The Giant King still had not been persuaded by Rocks, and Rocks himself would meet his ultimate end in the God Valley Incident.
But the God Valley Incident was also something Milim looked forward to, so she had no reason to stop it from happening.
