Background / History

Natasha grew up in Moscow during wartime. After her family died, she was adopted by a foster father; her aptitude for espionage led to training by the Soviet Red Wall. By age thirteen, she had learned languages, assassination, combat, and firearms, though she lacked field experience and had not yet been subjected to the Red Wall's later indoctrination and sterilization procedures. 58

In 1943, Josh Augustus identified Natasha through memories taken from a Soviet officer and had her brought to him.
