Level Nine True Spirit Mage 489–490 During the battle against the True Demon's Left Arm, Neham completed his soul-body separation, merged with countless dragons, and crossed into True Spirit. Background

Neham was born in the Ancient Times as Crown Prince of the Mage Empire. He disliked the empire, its society, and its mages, so he joined Annie and the other revolutionaries in overthrowing his own dynasty. 412

Though he later disagreed with the Holy Tower Faction's idealism, Neham also despised the Free Faction members who benefited from the system without contributing to it. He joined the Free Faction not out of shared ideology, but to keep an already damaged friendship from collapsing completely. 412

For hundreds of thousands of years, Neham operated alone as an Explorer Mage. He rarely contacted the Free Faction despite publicly declaring allegiance to it, accumulated no territory or academy of his own, and became known as the first Explorer Mage after the True Spirit Fall incident. 407 408

Appearance

Neham commonly appears in humanoid mage form, but his most formidable body is a colossal Void Dragon. In battle, his dragon body can extend for nearly ten thousand kilometers before his True Spirit form grows vastly larger. 436 490

  • Can assume a Void Dragon form that moves through folded space and wormholes. 435
  • His Level Eight dragon body was nearly ten thousand kilometers long. 436
  • During his True Spirit advancement, his body reached ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety kilometers in height. 490
  • His Nine-Headed Dragon starship can separate into nine silver Void Dragons and merge into a dragon-entwined scepter. 490

Personality

Neham is blunt, informal, and dismissive of ceremony. He entered Adam's headquarters without notice, rejected formal address, and considered conventional rituals a waste of time. 411 He is intensely curious about new knowledge, especially Adam's inventions, the Personal Chip, the Virtual World, and the Mage Tower. 408 411 418

Despite his cynicism toward factional politics, Neham is loyal to the Mage World and respects decisive leadership. He supported Adam's academy reforms, urged him to act more forcefully against obstruction, and left a clone behind to help establish the Academy Continent. 413 414 He also follows decisions made by the True Spirits and later obeys Adam as their representative. 484

Neham is capable of empathy even toward unfamiliar civilizations. While investigating Shanti, he recognized the Warlocks' struggle as tragic but heroic, provided them with supplies and technical assistance, and petitioned the Mage Council for aid rather than deciding their fate alone. 436 440 441

Abilities & Skills

Void Dragon True Body

Neham's Void Dragon body grants extraordinary mobility, destructive power, and resistance to void hazards.

  • Folds space into wormholes, allowing travel across tens of thousands of light-years in days even while restraining his speed. 435
  • Uses a dragon roar as a wide-area weapon capable of disorienting Hyperdimensional enemies and killing or injuring weaker creatures. 436
  • Exhales dragon breath through countless spatial passages, creating simultaneous gray-white energy strikes across a battlefield. 436
  • Can disperse into molecular Root of Life form to evade attacks that target both matter and concepts. 436
  • Creates a space behind the void in which enemies lose movement and kinetic-energy control while Neham alone can act freely. 436

Spatial Manipulation

Neham can reshape space into weapons, seals, and transportation methods.

  • Trapped Gungnir with a Möbius-ring structure, inspiring Adam to convert complex spatial geometry into magic. 456
  • Opened the Origin Domain without using its conventional key mechanism and transported the Royal Court Knight Order directly inside. 464
  • Used spatial rifts to tear apart demon creatures within the Origin Domain. 465
  • Neutralized a Level Nine demon creature's attacks by repeatedly shattering and reforming the void in front of the Mage fleet. 442

Dark Realm

Upon becoming a True Spirit, Neham transformed the space behind the void into the Dark Realm, an independent high-magic environment governed by his system. 490 541

  • Declares the Dark Realm through the True Spirit magic: “The void is re-enacted, the Dark Realm descends.” 490
  • Generates Dark Realm Matter with overwhelming mass, reducing the Left Arm's thumb and surrounding demon legions to dust. 490
  • Suppresses demonic energy so completely that it disappears without resistance inside the Dark Realm. 490
  • Allows True Spirit Mages within it to avoid suppression by the void's overall rules. 493
  • Forms the basis of the Dark System Mage path, whose Domain suppresses enemy energy and enables Dark Realm Matter armaments and teleportation. 543

Soul-Body Separation

Neham developed a method to separate Chaos's corrupted soul from its Level Nine demonic-energy body.

  • Proposed reducing Chaos from Level Nine rather than attempting near-impossible purification. 485
  • Prepared the procedure with an estimated eighty percent success rate. 485
  • Advanced the process under attack from the True Demon's Left Arm, using his own advancement to protect the fleet until the separation was completed. 489 490

Exploration, Alchemy, and Engineering

Neham is an exceptionally experienced explorer with broad practical knowledge outside his bloodline specialization.

  • Discovered the Void Zone containing the Immortal Civilization after recording a Hypervoid Life. 420
  • Identified the Disaster Zone as a region polluted by concentrated Third Epoch remnants. 435
  • Improved Shanti's warlock machines, provided supplies, and taught alchemy to its people. 441
  • Completed a movable dark-matter acceleration passage seven million light-years long with the aid of ten Level Nine Void Dragons. 556
  • Directed the development of a complete Dark System Mage cultivation path for the Eighth Holy Tower. 543

Equipment

  • Nine-Headed Dragon — Neham's personal starship, forged from eight peak Level Eight Void Dragons and one Level Nine Void Dragon. It can serve as a battleship, transform into armed combat form, and merge into Neham's True Spirit weapon. 411 442 490
  • Personal space — Carries vast reserves gathered during his long exploration career, including food, water, and materials used to aid Shanti. 441
  • Potions — Supplied medicine that stabilized Matilda and could prolong the lives of surviving Mopu people. 457 458

Relationships

  • Adam — Political ally, research partner, and frequent recipient of Neham's guidance. Neham supported Adam's Academy Continent reforms, helped establish the Eighth Holy Tower, and repeatedly collaborated with him in exploration and war. 413 453 541
  • Prometheus — Fellow senior mage and political counterpart. They discussed confronting the Free Faction and establishing a new balance within the Mage World. 419
  • Her Majesty Croft — A wary long-term acquaintance. Croft questioned Neham's motives upon his return and reprimanded him for provoking the Immortal Civilization prematurely. 408 433
  • Mathison — Neham's former vassal from the Mage Empire era. Neham led Mathison onto the path of magic and later dissolved their contract; Mathison considers this a debt of rebirth. 491
  • Patriao — Level Nine leader of the Shanti Warlock Civilization. Neham documented Shanti's plight, requested Mage World aid, and personally assisted its people before the Mage Legion arrived. 440 441
  • Matilda — Ruler of the Mopu Knight Kingdom. Neham protected her during the Origin Domain expedition, explained the Void Knight system to Adam, and aided the surviving Mopu people. 458 464
  • Void Dragon clan — Neham negotiated their settlement in the Mage World and consulted them while establishing the Dark System Mage path. 521 543

Story Role / Major Arcs

Academy Continent

Neham returned to the Mage World as the Free Faction's proposed Second Deputy Minister of the Academy Department. Exploration of the Immortal Civilization

After finding the Heaven and Man Unity civilization, Neham briefed Adam and the True Spirits on its hostility, Third Epoch connections, and multiple Level Nine inhabitants. He later worked with Adam to infiltrate the civilization through split soul-wave bodies and gather intelligence on its cultivation system. 420 424 428

Discovery and Aid of Shanti

Neham investigated the Disaster Zone independently after Adam withdrew to report its dangers. He found the Shanti Warlock Civilization near extinction, respected its social cohesion, and appealed to the Mage Council for material and military assistance. 436 441

Mopu Plane Campaign

Neham acted as Adam's adviser and high-level support during the Mopu campaign. He captured Gungnir, helped rescue Matilda's knights, identified the Origin Domain's dangers, and prevented the corrupted Primal War Beast corpse from becoming a Level Nine threat. 456 460 464 465

War Against Chaos and the True Demon's Left Arm

Neham exposed Thomas Hornby's wartime corruption, organized the treatment of Chaos, and ultimately advanced while holding back the Left Arm's thumb. His Dark Realm destroyed the immediate demonic threat and enabled the capture of half of the Left Arm. 488 490

Eighth Void Holy Tower

Following his advancement, Neham founded the Eighth Void Holy Tower in the Dark Realm. He sought to ensure it became a genuine research and cultivation institution rather than an administrative body, assigning Adam to help construct the Dark System Mage path from Apprentice through True Spirit. 493 541 543
