A week later, Locke received thank-you letters from Green-Grass Cloud Marsh and Life and Reproduction, along with copies of both journals.
There were also eight Jadewater Peaches and twenty-eight White Dew Peaches.
Unfortunately, the synthesis level of both kinds of peach was too high. They were classified as level-nine synthesis items, and Locke could not synthesize them.
That might have been because the twelve peaches of Golden Crown Mountain had been cultivated by its High-Ring Wizards.
In his dormitory, Locke looked over the thank-you letters, then flipped through the two latest journal issues.
This issue of Life and Reproduction had practically become a volume devoted entirely to his work.
Half the papers in this issue of Green-Grass Cloud Marsh were his, too. His paper on No. 2 Overlord Element had even made the opening pages.
Locke had spoken to Witch Catherine earlier. She had told him not to sign any private licensing agreements with other wizards for now; she would arrange for someone to handle that side of things.
After all, the appearance of No. 2 Overlord Element had sent the share prices of several small Shop Alliances built around No. 1 Tyrant Element and the Overlordization Cultivation Method tumbling.
Those small and midsize Shop Alliances had little ability to weather setbacks. They were nowhere near the scale of Frankfurt or Arthas.
What Locke had done was another blow when they were already struggling.
To keep any of those Shop Alliances from going bankrupt and resorting to desperate measures, Witch Catherine needed to step in and coordinate matters.
Locke quickly finished both journals, savoring every page. He had made something of a name for himself on Golden Crown Mountain and, for the time being, found his footing.
He set the journals down and looked at Gregor and Williams. "There's something
