In the laboratory of Group 2 in the Dune Plane, Cloud Marsh Wetland, Golden Crown Mountain, the climate across the entire Dune Plane had completely spiraled out of control because of the Rose Council's previous design. Atmospheric pollution had further damaged the Dune Plane's ecology, which in turn had caused the Dune Plane to deteriorate even more.
Zalan Bailey's original plan had been to restore a certain amount of greenery to the Dune Plane, thereby reversing its continued deterioration and creating dual protection through the greenery and atmospheric pollution. However, with no environmental treatment carried out at all, the plan had now turned the Dune Plane's situation even worse.
Because of Golden Crown Mountain's enormous compensation claim, Zalan Bailey had taken on massive debts. He had auctioned off all his assets and borrowed quite a lot, but even then, after his liabilities exceeded his assets, he had directly become a Debt Slave and signed a contract of indenture with the White Wizard Association Bank, one of the Big Five Banks.
The White Wizard Association Bank would send over a debt-restructuring committee to auction off all his existing assets, including a Shop Alliance he had established, as well as all the labor he himself could provide over the next two hundred years.
In other words, he needed to work for the White Wizard Bank for two hundred years without pay before he could clear his debts and free himself from his status as a Debt Slave.
At this moment, Zalan Bailey wore shackles around his ankles and a Second-Ring magical artifact that restricted the Protection School around his neck. His entire body was also covered in numerous sealing spells from the Protection School. Even his Great Magic, Sea Buckthorn Ecology, was bound by the Protection School's chains of lockdown magic. As
