Many points of light appeared on the surface of the Sea Golden Sand. Locke glanced over it and judged that several of its internal magic plant organs had already reached their limits. The points of light seemed to indicate some abnormal reaction in its [chloroplasts].
Before the Tree-Fern Sea Golden Sand could collapse, Locke summoned his Great Magic and activated the wizard formation on the tenth level of the Magic Field, strengthening the material foundations of the Present World around this acre of land.
This special wizard formation was called the [Magic Tide Flow Enhancement Spell]. By accelerating the flow of the magic tide in a particular area, it could indirectly increase the tide's concentration gradient there, thereby strengthening that region of the Present World.
This allowed the area to withstand a Second-Ring Wizard's Great Magic without its crushing pressure causing the Present World there to collapse into the corresponding phase region of the Imaginary Sea.
In fact, in regions where the magic tide's concentration gradient was insufficient, even a single use of Great Magic would put some pressure on that portion of the Present World.
The Present World was like a house, while the Imaginary Sea was like the groundwater beneath its foundations.
Back in the Southeastern Corner Region, Locke had noticed that the battle between Hassan and Isaac had slightly crushed parts of the region's Present World.
Of course, the collapse had been so slight that anyone below the Second Ring would have struggled to see it with the naked eye.
It was simply that, during life science experiments, nothing that might affect the results could be allowed to happen.
After all, if the collapse became visible to the naked eye, that meant it was already severe. The entire Present World would be at risk of sinking into
