Locke's fingers reached toward the second Fruit of Prosperity.
At this moment, the star ring behind him vanished, and a star ring appeared beneath his feet. It consisted of two concentric rings, one gold and one blue. It appeared amid a tremendous roar, violently shaking the surrounding mana. Then the rings rose from the ground and began circling Locke himself.
The remaining embers of the final tempering gradually died out.
The second forging of the Great Magic was complete.
This was the complete Star Ring. It marked Locke Augustine as a dangerous life-form within the Infinite Void, and the three great divine races acknowledged it as the symbol of a demon god of the Nightmare Legion. It represented a level of power within the existing civilizations of the Infinite Void that ordinary mortals could never reach.
Although in the Wizarding World, this was merely the starting point on the Path of Truth.
Endless starlight enveloped Locke. Since Magic Pressure almost equivalent to a small world had been concentrated in one person, a certain starlight naturally emerged from Locke's body. That was the gravity of a plane.
At this moment, all the wizard spectators in the defense hall and the stands began applauding, including Second-Ring Wizards, First-Ring Wizards, Wizard Apprentices, and even Third-Ring Wizards.
The panel of thirty Second-Ring Wizards also suddenly took the initiative to abandon their hostility toward Locke. There had never been any real conflict of interest between them and Locke; they had merely thought some of his actions were rather outrageous.
But now that Locke had become a Star-Ring Wizard and seemed to have displayed potential capable of attracting the attention of Third-Ring Wizards, there was naturally no need for them to remain hostile toward him.
After hesitating, the wizards on the panel also began applauding Locke.
