Since their emperor had not stopped her just now, even more maids entered the tent to see what was happening. But they were soon all blown back out by an invisible wind.
The tent was sealed off from the outside, but that did not mean the young ladies in the camp knew nothing. As the emotions of the strongest witch of this era shifted, the aether she unconsciously stirred directly changed the surrounding weather.
The snowflakes in the night sky fell faster and more densely, while the howling wind somehow became much gentler. Perhaps only the Unicorns, Luku Birds, and the pet cats and Owls raised by the Witches failed to understand what this meant. By the time Shade reappeared, holding Chloe's hand, he had less than half an hour left in this era. The silver-haired demigod glared at the young ladies looking at them, but the blush still lingering on her face made her gaze temporarily less icy than before.

She led Shade away from the camp and stepped directly onto the lake.
