I am wondering whether the Shadow of Herm's sacrifice requires such complicated prerequisites because the location is wrong. Or rather, because the location is not entirely right?
"The correct sacrificial site should be the Old God Temple atop the mountain. Obtaining the Snake Fang there is the proper method. You once said that the Snake Fang was a prop for the candidates to attack one another, but now that the story has reached the Fourth Act, why has no one besides you produced one?"
Shade understood what Elder Harald meant.
"They designed the Stage Props; there is no reason not to use them. That temple was supposed to exist. It was the most important part of this candidate's story, but because of the so-called Mr. Snake, that scene ended up missing."
Elder Harald nodded lightly.
"Though I hold those Prophets in little regard, the Seer Association is the only place where you can ask about this. They should know more about the Chosen One Ritual and the Old God Temple."
