After hearing Chthon out, the King of Negativity still hesitated. In his view, waiting until all the Iron Monsters had gathered would give them better odds. Besides, rushing into a decisive battle was a cardinal military mistake.
"If we want to take the Iron Great Tree with us, we have to keep hold of him. After all, he isn't a contestant in the tower defense game."
Seeing this, Chthon continued, "The problem is that the King of Abilities' Magnetic Field Control is far too effective against the Iron Great Tree. One slip, and the Iron Great Tree will fall out of our control.
"Then something utterly ridiculous will happen: we'll escape, while the Iron Great Tree stays here to face the King of Abilities alone.
"We absolutely cannot let anything that ridiculous happen. That's why we can't drag our feet. We have to go all out now and fight the King of Abilities with everything we have.
"That way, even if we fail, we'll still have enough strength left to take the Iron Great Tree away. If we don't, and keep dragging this out, what I just described really will happen."
"Is that so? Chthon, you're right."
Persuaded by Chthon, the King of Negativity immediately ordered everyone to comply. The Monster Captains and Negative Believers swallowed their crystals without another word, and their auras surged.
Chthon not only urged everyone to fight with their lives on the line, but also tossed a Divine Power Crystal to Demon and shouted, "Absorb the divine power inside the crystal, restore yourself to peak condition, and give the King of Abilities everything you've got!"
"Chthon, have you forgotten that my body can't withstand the Great Demon God's power?"
Demon shouted, but showed no intention of returning the Divine Power Crystal. Now that it was
