Luo Li was born into the Luo Family, one of the Heaven Dou Empire's Seven Great Soul Master Families, after transmigrating into the world. He awakened the Reincarnation Twin Swords at age six and joined the Heaven Dou Army because Moon Devourer could grow by devouring life force from the battlefield. By seventeen, his military achievements surpassed those of Heaven Dou's previous God of War, Ge Long. 1

His prolonged warfare created immense killing intent, but Luo Li had already entered the City of Slaughter and later used Tang Yuehua's Noble Domain to bring that killing intent under control. He regards cultivation and godhood as more valuable than mortal sovereignty, especially because he possesses the Asura God's inheritance. 1 8

Following another victorious campaign, Emperor Xue Ye elevated him from Marquis White Robe to King Frost Extreme, Heaven Dou's sole Prince of Different Surname. Luo Li is calm, self-assured, and notably indifferent to court politics. He has no interest in seizing imperial power, believing that mortal authority is insignificant beside the pursuit of godhood. This disinterest makes him difficult for both Emperor Xue Ye and Qian Renxue to predict or manipulate. 8

As a teacher, he is patient and practical. He encourages students to develop their own paths, provides individualized training, and prioritizes real combat experience over blind dependence on Martial Souls. 18 24
