Shui Bing'er was originally a core member of Skywater Academy's seven-person team and its spiritual backbone. When Luo Li visited Skywater City, she remained composed despite his overwhelming public fame, formally greeted him, and invited him to Skywater Academy's friendly matches with Blazing Fire, Godwind, and Thunder Academies. 52

After entering Frost Rime Academy, she decided that she wished to remain in the Northern Border after graduation and serve under Luo Li. Shui Rou'er later confirmed that this wish came from Shui Bing'er's own satisfaction with the Northern Border rather than knowledge of its immortal herbs. 81
