Uchiha Jin turned the Uchiha’s conflict with Konoha into a wider break with the village, drawing other clans and Tsunade to his side while challenging Sarutobi Hiruzen’s authority. The village faced growing unrest, and Hiruzen’s search for a successor remained unresolved.

Arc 1Jin Takes the Lead

Uchiha Jin used Danzo’s attacks and Fugaku’s indecision to draw most of the Uchiha into the Radical Faction and secure the return of their ancestral compound. As the clan learned why Jin had joined the faction, Konoha’s public security crisis deepened and the danger to Jin’s captured parents remained unresolved.

As the Uchiha mobilized against Root, Fugaku revealed his Mangekyo, took Shisui’s eyes, and secured Shisui’s choice to remain with the clan.

Uchiha Jin defeated Danzo’s assassination attempt and drew Kakashi, Might Guy, and several clans into the Uchiha’s protection. As Konoha’s authority weakened, Itachi and Shisui began questioning their beliefs, while allied clan representatives accepted Jin’s leadership.

  • Fugaku revealed that he had rescued Jin’s parents and recovered missing Uchiha, while Jin’s clan seized Root’s personnel and resources and considered targeting Kakashi.

Uchiha Jin drew the major ninja clans to his side and challenged Sarutobi Hiruzen’s authority by demanding an audit, helping ignite unrest in Konoha. Tsunade joined the Uchiha, while Jiraiya failed to persuade her to return and Hiruzen’s efforts to find a successor remained unresolved.
