Arc 9The Daimyo Massacre and Summit

Uchiha Jin revealed Madara’s plans, then used Akatsuki’s attacks as cover to have Konoha kill the daimyo and nobles across the Great Nations. As chaos spread, the Five Kage gathered to decide who would rule, and Jin left them debating whether Tsunade should become the Land of Fire’s Daimyo.

  • Uchiha Jin told Konoha’s leaders about Madara’s plan to use Obito, Nagato, and the Akatsuki to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi, while Nohara Rin learned of Jin’s past and visited Old Konoha with him.
  • Akatsuki captured several Tailed Beasts and injured the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki and Fourth Raikage, prompting Uchiha Jin to convene a meeting and argue that Konoha should exploit the turmoil to kill the daimyo and nobles.
  • Uchiha Jin assigned squads led by Fugaku, Hatake Sakumo, Kakashi, Senju Tobirama, Tsunade, and Shisui to attack the nobles’ residences across the Great Nations.

Arc 10Konoha’s Rise and Akatsuki’s Move

Uchiha Jin consolidated Konoha’s power amid the collapse of the old order, revived Namikaze Minato, and prepared the village for conflict with Akatsuki. As Akatsuki moved to capture more Tailed Beasts, Konoha’s leadership debated using the crisis to pursue unification of the Shinobi World.

  • The Five Kage agreed to declare Akatsuki an enemy of the Shinobi World and form an allied army, while Uchiha Jin positioned Konoha to take over from the daimyōs and nobles.
  • Uchiha Jin’s group recovered the Shinigami Mask, and Orochimaru used it to release Namikaze Minato from the Shinigami and revive him with Impure World Reincarnation.
  • Minato reunited with Kushina and Naruto, learned about Jin’s New Konoha and Akatsuki’s rise, and heard how Obito had caused the Nine-Tails’ Rampage.
  • Tobirama explained to Minato that the daimyos and nobles had fueled wars to keep the villages divided, and Minato accepted that Jin was right to oppose them.
  • Jin announced that Akatsuki had seized Tailed Beasts and killed the daimyos and nobles, then reorganized Konoha’s ninjas into salaried forces and established war zones across the country.

Arc 11The Shinobi Alliance

Uchiha Jin pushed Konoha toward unification while Akatsuki captured the Eight-Tails and Nagato faced the Shinobi Alliance. After Pain attacked Konoha and Hashirama defeated the Six Paths, Jin cornered Nagato and Konan, bringing Konoha’s forces in to fight them.

  • Uchiha Jin won Konoha’s leaders’ support for unification and selected Senju Tobirama, Hatake Sakumo, Maruboshi Kosuke, and Chen Baojun for a covert mission.
  • Nagato sent the Six Paths of Pain and Obito to capture the Eight-Tails, and they overwhelmed Kumogakure before the Fourth Raikage was killed by Tobirama’s team.
  • Uchiha Jin announced a Shinobi Alliance and prepared to use the threat of Akatsuki to bring the other villages under Konoha’s control.
  • Akatsuki learned that Konoha had formed an alliance, and Pain ordered its members to split into pairs and target the Five Great Shinobi Nations.
  • Pain attacked Konoha, but Namikaze Minato moved him and the fighting away from the village to the Valley of the End.
  • Senju Hashirama fought the Six Paths of Pain, destroyed Chibaku Tensei, and suppressed the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path after Nagato summoned it.

Arc 12Konan Joins Konoha

Uchiha Jin secured Konan’s cooperation and arranged for Nagato to revive Nohara Rin, while Akatsuki’s attacks kept the other villages in turmoil. Nagato agreed to work with Konoha from within Akatsuki, and Jin told Konan he expected to awaken the Rinnegan himself.

  • Konoha defeated Nagato and Konan, captured Konan, and Jin negotiated Nagato’s release of the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique to revive Nohara Rin.
  • Nagato revived Nohara Rin, and Jin married her before Akatsuki renewed its attacks on the other Shinobi Villages.
  • Obito and Black Zetsu restored Nagato’s strength with Spiral White Zetsu, while Obito rejected news of Rin’s marriage and vowed to create a world with her through the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
  • Konan accepted a secretary position in Konoha, learned Jin’s account of Akatsuki’s hidden masterminds, and asked him to accept Nagato into the village.
  • Jin explained that Konoha would use Akatsuki as a public scapegoat while secretly infiltrating the Four Great Nations and staging attacks in Akatsuki’s name.
  • After Konan warned Nagato about Madara’s Rinnegan and Konoha’s plans, Nagato agreed to join Konoha and help prolong Akatsuki’s operations without alerting Obito or Black Zetsu.
  • Nagato told Spiral White Zetsu that Konan would spy for Konoha, and Black Zetsu and Obito agreed to watch Nagato while they waited for the Three-Tails and Six-Tails.
