Shisui united the Uchiha against Konoha’s leadership, then joined Minato and Orochimaru in destroying Root and forcing Hiruzen from office. Minato took charge and moved to crush Hiruzen’s planned counter-coup, leaving Hashirama and Tobirama to hear Minato’s account of the conflict.

• Fugaku stepped down as Uchiha Clan Head and the clan factions backed Shisui, who demanded their original compound and challenged Hiruzen to choose between compromise and war.
• Minato, Orochimaru, Kakashi, Shisui, Itachi, and Fugaku attacked Root, killed Danzo, rescued the recruited children, and seized Root’s records and supplies.
• Minato exposed Hiruzen’s abuses before Konoha’s clans, prompting the clans to withdraw their support and Hiruzen and the two Elders to resign.
• Minato assumed the Hokage position temporarily, revealed Naruto as his son, and told him about Kushina and the childhood he had been denied.
• Minato 1 arranged for Minato 2 to take over Hokage duties and guide Naruto, while Orochimaru 1 met his counterpart and brought him back toward Konoha with Kabuto and the reanimated Senju brothers.
• Hiruzen, Koharu, and Homura planned to challenge Minato, so Minato ordered his allies to confront them and sent Fugaku after Koharu and Shikaku after Homura.
• Minato led the Uchiha against the Sarutobi compound as Orochimaru 1 and Shisui surrounded it, while Hiruzen began preparing Impure World Reincarnation.
• Orochimaru interrupted Hiruzen’s summoning and reanimated Hashirama and Tobirama with White Zetsu sacrifices, and Minato explained Hiruzen’s actions and the orders he had given to stop the rebellion.

Namikaze Minato exposed Sarutobi Hiruzen’s crimes, took control of Konoha, and arranged for the local Minato to resume the Hokage’s duties. As both worlds planned for the Otsutsuki threat, the Uchiha secured approval to leave Konoha after helping restore public security.

• Namikaze Minato and Uchiha Itachi killed Sarutobi Hiruzen, locked down the Sarutobi, Utatane, Mitokado, and Shimura clans, and had Senju Hashirama and Senju Tobirama help expose Hiruzen’s schemes against the Senju Clan.
• Namikaze Minato revealed to Senju Hashirama and Senju Tobirama that he came from another world and warned that Otsutsuki Hagoromo and future enemies threatened the Shinobi World.
• Namikaze Minato held a public trial for the Konoha F4, whose crimes were exposed before they were returned to the Pure Land, and he confiscated their clans’ resources and distributed wartime pensions.
• Jiraiya left Konoha after giving Namikaze Minato his savings, and Orochimaru 1 and Namikaze Minato freed and reanimated the local Minato to take up the Hokage’s duties.
• Namikaze Minato and Orochimaru 1 described Uchiha Jin, the threat of the Otsutsuki, and their plan to unite the Shinobi World, gaining support from Senju Hashirama, Senju Tobirama, and Orochimaru.
• Uchiha Shisui, Uchiha Fugaku, and Uchiha Itachi agreed that the Uchiha would help restore public security before moving to another world, and Konoha approved their departure.
• Uchiha Shisui announced the decision at Naka Shrine, won unanimous approval from the Uchiha, and ordered the clan to enforce public security laws equally against shinobi and commoners.

Konoha tightened its grip on the Land of Fire as threats gathered and Akatsuki attacked the village. Uchiha Jin arrived from another world, defeated Uchiha Madara, and helped expose and seal Black Zetsu, leaving Madara questioning Jin about his power.

• Uchiha Kei’s squad killed fleeing Land Ruffians under the new regulations, and Kakashi told Might Guy that Minato and Konoha’s leaders had authorized the crackdown.
• Namikaze Minato and Senju Tobirama stabilized Konoha with new workers and prepared border forces as visitors from another world warned that the Sage of Six Paths and the Ōtsutsuki could become threats.
• Konoha and the other villages seized control of their Daimyo’s Mansions, while Nagato resurrected Uchiha Madara and Konan fled to Konoha.
• Jiraiya joined Akatsuki and led its attack on Konoha, where Minato and the village’s fighters battled him and Uchiha Madara.
• Shikaichi No. 1 summoned Uchiha Jin, who bound Akatsuki fighters and took over Hashirama’s fight against Madara.
• Uchiha Jin defeated Madara with Kurohitsugi and Ryujin Jakka, then explained that Black Zetsu had manipulated him and that the Moon Eye Plan served Kaguya.
• Uchiha Madara seized Black Zetsu with Chibaku Tensei, and Uchiha Jin sent the sealed miniature moon into his Sand Dimension.
• Uchiha Madara asked how Uchiha Jin had awakened the Rinnegan, and Jin explained his belief in cultivating the body and spirit.
