Uchiha Jin and Konoha exploited Akatsuki’s attack on the Five Kage Summit and Kumogakure’s turmoil to bring the great villages under Konoha. After the other three villages agreed to surrender, Jin prepared to travel to the Northern War Zone, where Nohara Rin asked to accompany him and entrusted Uchiha Tsuki to his care.

• Uchiha Jin ordered Akatsuki to disrupt Ōnoki’s summit while Konoha secretly seized territory, and Nagato led the attack that killed Darui and broke the alliance’s negotiations.
• Jin sent Tsunade and Konoha’s spies to infiltrate Kumogakure, where Yamato helped Raichehu purge rivals and organize a faction that favored joining Konoha.
• Kumogakure’s leaders voted to join Konoha, arranged a secret withdrawal, and sent Dodai’s group toward Konoha while the other villages’ leaders confronted them.
• Dodai fought Ōnoki as Rasa and Mei Terumī reconsidered the alliance, then Tsunade arrived and escorted Dodai and the former Kumogakure ninjas away.
• Rasa, Mei Terumī, and Ōnoki agreed to surrender their villages to Konoha and sent trusted teams to the Northern War Zone with a letter of intent.
• Jin explained to Konan that Konoha’s institutions made surrender safer than joining Akatsuki, and Konan accepted that the Akatsuki she had hoped for was gone.
• Jin decided to accept the three villages and travel to the Northern War Zone with Konan, asking her to have Senju Hashirama protect Konoha during his absence.
• Jin told Nohara Rin that he expected the Shinobi World to be unified, agreed to let her accompany him, and was shocked when she asked him to take Uchiha Tsuki into his care.

Uchiha Jin uncovered Mount Myōboku and the Sage of Six Paths as threats to his unification plans, then defeated Jiraiya and led Konoha to unite the Shinobi World. After awakening the Rinnegan, he captured Uchiha Madara and Black Zetsu, while Obito and Hidan remained committed to the Moon Eye Plan.

• Uchiha Jin learned from Sage Katsuyu about Shikkotsu Forest’s history and the Old Era, then explained the Otsutsuki threat to Senju Hashirama and organized Konoha’s preparations for war.
• Uchiha Jin relocated civilians and fighters, brought the Three Great Kage into Konoha’s plans, and led Konoha’s forces in defeating Jiraiya after Jiraiya tried to undo the Impure World Reincarnation.
• Uchiha Jin ordered the war zones to seize territory, and Konoha unified the Shinobi World as Nagato and the remaining willing Akatsuki members defected to the village.
• Obito and Black Zetsu revived Uchiha Madara, who dismissed unification and insisted that the Infinite Tsukuyomi was the path to peace.
• Uchiha Jin used Fortune to awaken the Rinnegan, then confronted Uchiha Madara at Konoha’s outskirts and defeated him with his new abilities.

Uchiha Jin brought Madara and Hashirama back to Konoha’s cause, secured the Tailed Beasts and the Three Great Sage Regions, and prepared for Hagoromo’s assault. After Konoha mobilized its forces and investigated other threats, Hagoromo arrived at Mount Myōboku, where Gamamaru urged him to negotiate.

• Uchiha Jin brought Hashirama and Madara to New Konoha, and Madara agreed to join after learning Hagoromo had manipulated him.
• Uchiha Jin won Kurama’s cooperation by explaining Hagoromo’s plans, then led an expedition to the Moon and killed Toneri after defeating his puppets.
• Madara and Hashirama agreed to be resurrected, and Uchiha Jin used Black Zetsu’s Rinnegan to revive them and Yahiko.
• Gamamaru sent Mount Myōboku’s toads to Konoha, and the White Snake Sage and Katsuyu offered their regions’ allegiance and gifts.
• Uchiha Jin gained Shinigami techniques and Ryujin Jakka, then warned Konoha’s leaders that Hagoromo, Hamura, and powerful dead could attack.
• Uchiha Jin assigned teams to capture Obito, find Black Zetsu’s White Zetsu, and investigate Kara and Jigen, while Konoha revived former fighters.
• Hashirama and Madara gathered more than a thousand White Zetsu, Tobirama and Minato captured Obito, and a search team located Jigen near the former Land of Waterfalls.
• Hagoromo arrived at Mount Myōboku after fifteen days, and Gamamaru proposed dividing the Pure Land and Shinobi World through negotiation.

Uchiha Jin defeated Hagoromo and Kaguya, ended the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and sent Shisui to prevent the Uchiha massacre in another world. Shisui won Itachi over, united the clan against Obito, and led them into battle against Root.

• Hagoromo unleashed the Infinite Tsukuyomi and Divine Tree before Kaguya emerged, but Uchiha Jin defeated Kaguya and made her agree to release everyone and become his concubine.
• Uchiha Jin stopped the Divine Tree and returned to Konoha, then used the Hongmeng Tower to send Shisui to the night of the Uchiha Clan Massacre.
• Shisui warned Uchiha Tenno and the clan that Konoha’s leaders had ordered Itachi to massacre them, and the Uchiha moved civilians into the Naka Shrine basement while preparing to fight.
• Shisui confronted Itachi, explained his other world and Uchiha Jin’s success in founding New Konoha, and persuaded Itachi to join the clan.
• Itachi and Shisui killed nearby Root members, and Itachi led the Radical Faction toward the Sarutobi Compound while Shisui prepared the Uchiha to face Obito.
• Obito attacked the clan, but Shisui severed his arm and Fugaku used his Mangekyo technique against him before Black Zetsu rescued him.
• Shisui ordered the Uchiha to treat Root, Anbu, and the Higher-ups’ allied clans as enemies, then led the clan against more than two hundred Root members.
