Background / History

Bi Changsheng was originally a private detective from Earth. After transmigrating into the body of the Bi Family’s young master, he awoke in the family ancestral home to learn that the Bi Family had been exterminated, its property divided among the Zhao Family, Sun Family, and local yamen, and that he himself was wanted on charges of colluding with demonic sects 1.

He inherited the Longevity Dao Fruit, which granted immortality but not invulnerability. Recognizing that survival still required strength, he resolved to live until the end of time and control his own fate 1. His cultivation accelerated through Life-Spending Cultivation: techniques that consumed lifespan could be used with far less restraint because of his inexhaustible longevity 2 10.

After killing Tian Dazhuang and Ding San, he began eliminating threats connected to the destruction of the Bi Family and used their deaths to provoke conflict between the Sun and Zhao families 5.
