"However complete the laws may be, they are still an imitation. The foundation is not firm, like a tree without roots."
Moral Heavenly Venerable said slowly, "The Prehistoric World of old was nurtured by chaos and formed through the opening of heaven. It was the center of chaos, the source of the heavens."
"Though this realm is good, it is 'one among them,' not 'the only one.'"
Daoist Jieyin softly chanted a Buddhist invocation. "My Buddha once said: in one grain of sand, a world; in one leaf, a Bodhi."
