One of the Inquisitor's hands rested on her holster, and her two apprentices behind her did the same.
But it was merely an unconscious instinct.
The moment they truly realized they were gripping their weapons, they would immediately understand it was pointless. Lu Jin could shatter both the bullets and the enemy before the bullets even reached him.

As Lu Jin spoke, Emagran thought of how the Carcharodons Chapter remained unaccounted for to this day. She guessed that at the beginning of the Battle of the Navigation Tower, the war that erupted on the planet housing that tower had completely swallowed the Carcharodons.

"Because I discovered that the Fierce Angels perfectly matched my values."
Lu Jin said,
"I think Ninos and the others—were basically copies of me."

"I would naturally feel favorably toward a group like that. And when I lived among them, they treated me completely differently from before."
