Before returning to Wenren Manor, Long Hong and his younger sister Wenren Qingyi traveled in search of a renowned physician for their sister Wenren Lingmeng. Upon meeting Lingmeng's husband, Mu Zibai, he thanked him for caring for her and offered him both a basic body-refining manual and an opportunity to study at the Imperial Academy. 16
Following the Dragon Palace's renewed activity in the South Sea, Long Hong remained in the region at King Qi's request to help organize its defenses. He later fought in the South Sea Campaign and accumulated sufficient military merit for the Imperial Advisor to promote him to Wuya's deputy general. 46 67 80 113
