Wang Hai is the son of Wang Jinshan, the leader of the Golden Sand Gang. Before taking martial arts seriously, he lived indulgently and relied heavily on his family’s status and resources. His father’s injury, Zhao Wenfeng’s hostility, and the Golden Sand Gang’s internal pressures force him to reconsider his aimless lifestyle and shoulder greater responsibility 35 36 52.

He meets Li Xiao shortly after Li Xiao enters the Iron Wire Fist Martial Arts School. Unlike many disciples who avoid Wang Hai because of Zhao Wenfeng’s influence, Wang Hai offers Li Xiao food, encouragement, and practical advice.
