Campus and Purpose

Great Wall Academy stands within a habitable enclave in the Extreme North. Su Han’s Great Wall blocks the region’s ice and snow, leaving an interior where birds sing and flowers grow despite the surrounding eternal frost. The academy’s name is inscribed on its grounds. 1

The institution functions as more than a school. It serves as a fortified garrison that protects local people and villages neglected by the Heaven Dou Empire, while also providing a space where humans and soul beasts may coexist. 8 16

Enrollment and Graduation Rules

Great Wall Academy does not use conventional inner- and outer-school divisions. Its rules classify every person below Titled Douluo as a probationary student, while graduation is unavailable to anyone below godhood. 15

History

Su Han established Great Wall Academy in the Extreme North and constructed the Great Wall to create a protected living zone for its students and nearby residents. By the time of the Heavenly Dao Golden Ranking’s arrival, the academy had already developed into a garrison-like force rather than a conventional school. 1 8

The academy became known across the continent when Shao Siyuan ranked twenty-seventh in the Combat Power Ranking. Subsequent entries by Gongsun Li, Diao Chan, Shangguan Wan’er, Yang Yuhuan, and others exposed an unprecedented concentration of Titled and Super Douluo within a previously unknown academy. 5 11 16 17 21

Great Wall Academy began attracting applicants, visitors, and defectors from established powers.
