Duanmu Huai hunted down the Great Runes and the Rune of Death, then joined Ranni’s plan to free the Interlands from the Supreme Will. As his companions faced their own changes and dangers, Mistreena was seized by the Frenzied Flame, leaving Duanmu Huai to seek a way to save her.

• Duanmu Huai crossed Stonewell City, killed Godrick, and charged Godrick’s Great Rune at the Divine Tower.
• Duanmu Huai defeated Rennala, learned that Ranni had used the Rune of Death to kill Godwyn, and agreed to help her recover Nokron’s secret treasure.
• Okegis overcame a copy of herself and gained a human body after the Mimic Tear fused with her.

Duanmu Huai restored the Interlands, destroyed the Great Horned Rat, and led the Allied Forces to defeat Archaon and seal the Chaos passages. He then followed Tong’s message to a war-torn world, where his forces rescued Kate and a group of prisoners from the Orks.

• Mistreena recovered and told the group how she had encountered the Three Fingers, while Duanmu Huai revealed that only Morgott’s Rune and Marika’s Golden Law remained among his targets.
• Duanmu Huai killed Morgott and Godfrey, then burned the Golden Tree and wounded the Elden Beast with help from his companions and Ranni.
• Duanmu Huai destroyed the Great Horned Rat in its Divine Domain, returned to his battleship, and agreed to investigate a suspected Succubus.

Duanmu Huai crushed the Beastfolk and the outbreaks’ monstrous threats while using the Inquisition’s power to draw refugees and survivors to safety. After rescuing Rebecca and Sherry, he brought them aboard the warship to study the plague’s parasitic cause before it spread further.

• Duanmu Huai destroyed the Beastfolk lair, then acquired Badi’s Magic Electromagnetic Giant Rhino and opened the Biohazard Disaster map.
• Duanmu Huai fought through the city’s zombie outbreak with Claire and Sherry, killed the mutants pursuing them, and left the survivors to escape by train.

Duanmu Huai destroyed the Beastfolk threat and launched a war against the Covenant, while the Inquisition expanded its strength and he entered Duel City to seek equipment and train. The stretch leaves him preparing to fight Ryo and Robert at the Kyokugenryu Dojo as Okegis trains elsewhere.

• Duanmu Huai led the assault on the Beastfolk Mother Nest, learned the Beastfolk had been created through human experiments, killed their Queen, and exposed Doctor Adam’s betrayal before purging Iym Substance from the planet.
• Duanmu Huai recruited Sherry, accepted Rebecca’s offer to discuss renewable-energy equipment, and took the Inquisition fleet to Reach, where it destroyed the Covenant supercarrier and the 04 Ring.
• Duanmu Huai met Commander Hood, helped defeat a Covenant attack on Earth, and destroyed the Urs System, the Domsak System, and the 05 Ring.
• Duanmu Huai entered Soul’s Rest, killed the Didact and Prophet of Truth, and annihilated the Covenant force gathered there.
