Background / History

Snow White was publicly known as the Noah Empire's beautiful imperial princess and the daughter of the King. Citizens praised her gentleness, filial devotion to her ill father, and kindness toward servants; she was said to have forgiven a maid who broke her favorite vase. Her appearance was widely described as black hair, snow-white skin, and blood-red lips. 187

She presented the Successor Queen as a jealous stepmother who had ordered her death because of her beauty. After fleeing to the Seven Dwarfs' cottage, Snow White accepted their refuge and gained Jiang Chen's sympathy through her fear, politeness, and apparent vulnerability. 190 191 She also described the Successor Queen as a loving mother who gave her the best things first, including a bracelet set with seven gemstones. 192

The Successor Queen attempted to give Snow White a Poison Apple, then attacked her with a dagger after Jiang Chen exposed her disguise. She died suddenly after vomiting black blood, leaving Snow White devastated. Jiang Chen later discovered that the Queen had been framed: the Queen's guard had supplied her with the Poison Apple in order to make her appear to be the Witch. 194 196

Prince George of the Hades Kingdom, Snow White's fiancé, was exposed as an accomplice of the Witch. He abducted Snow White after his scheme was uncovered, but Jiang Chen rescued her from a cave and returned her to the palace. Jiang Chen ultimately lured Snow White into attempting to assassinate Guli's son. When confronted, she revealed herself as the true Witch. Snow White mobilized secretly recruited guards, ministers, palace staff, and other followers against Jiang Chen and the King. The King activated the Shura Blade by stabbing himself, using its royal power to kill the Witch. Jiang Chen trapped Snow White with Kidō 1: Kurohitsugi before she could escape. As the Magic Mirror shattered, Snow White rapidly aged into an old woman and died. 213 214
