A thin mist hangs over the Katze Plains day and night, and the undead wander among the ruins.

These are buildings from hundreds of years ago, protruding from the ground like tombstones, but none of them retain their original form.

A small squad of Combat Ninja unleashed several Great Fireball, clearing out the undead blocking their path.

One of the Combat Ninja from the Hyuga Clan stared at the desolate, reddish-brown land, which looked as if it had been stained with blood. His Byakugan were bloodshot, and his gaze pierced through the layers of obstacles, but it remained unchanged from the past ten days, with no new or interesting changes.

"Captain, nothing has changed."

"Let's move on to the next location."

Because of Uchiha Takeyasu's repeated orders, Uchiha Baru equipped his patrol teams with an extremely luxurious setup, with all of them being Uchiha ninjas as team leaders.

The team must include Hyuga and Uzumaki ninjas, while the remaining members are either invited by the team members themselves or randomly assigned.

Ten small teams patrolled this plain, known as the cursed land, day and night. The recruited adventurers, lured by the high bounty, showed unprecedented enthusiasm for the place.

Among them, I did encounter some undead with considerable strength, such as Bone Dragon, Elder Lich, and undead legions.

The strongest is the Death Knight, whose strength is close to that of Elite Jonin. In particular, his forced health is locked at 1 point, requiring a second strike to completely kill Death Knight.

Ordinary adventurers were terrified and trembled, but with the help of ten patrol teams, they managed to withstand the attack and eliminate all the undead. As a result, casualties also occurred among the Combat Ninja.

Later, Uchiha Baru personally led the team and crashed into a very large but dilapidated Ghost Ship.

A thick fog formed around the Ghost Ship, like a membrane enveloping its hull, making it invisible beyond fifteen meters.

Even the Sharingan won't work; Hidden Mist Technique from Kirigakure, where the Byakugan can be more effective.

Furthermore, this peculiar vessel, which relied on negative energy and floated about one meter above the ground, was directly sent to the Konoha Science Academy by Uchiha Baru.

If we can figure out the secrets behind it, I reckon Konoha will be using flying cars and spaceships for getting around from now on.

After completing their routine patrol missions, the five squads that emerged from the Katze Plains entered the Free City built on the edge of the plains.

The city was jointly funded by the Re-Estize Kingdom and the Empire to support adventurers and knights of the Empire who were sweeping away the undead in the Katze Plains.

The knights belonging to the empire have now disappeared from the city; only adventurers and ninjas roam among them.

"Still no findings today."

After reporting the situation, the five teams learned of the good news from the Ninja World.

Like begets like. The children born to a daimyo are the heirs to the nation, and the children born to the Ninja World Head of State are the heirs to the leadership.

This is a simple, universal truth.

The Hokage in Konoha has been alternated between the Uchiha and Senju. Now, with the leader who has established the Ninja World Co-Prosperity Sphere, the next Hokage can only be the son of Uchiha Takeyasu.

This is the consensus among the Uchiha.

As for what outsiders think, that's not important. If anyone dares to have an opinion, then let's have a go.

Just as the five patrol teams were about to set off, an adventurer on horseback, looking panicked, arrived at the Adventurer's Guild without stopping and reported some news that had been passed down to everyone.

Right at the edge of the Katze Plains, a massive Ruined Building suddenly appeared – it was circular in shape, protected by a six-meter-high thick wall, and had two obvious entrances: a front gate and a back gate.

As they attempted to explore, they encountered numerous high-level undead, equipped with Magic Armor and Magic Shield, wielding a variety of Eight Gates weapons.

Without the strength of Mithril Rank adventurer, one would be like wheat being harvested before these magnificent Skeleton Soldier, falling in droves.

The adventurer who escaped was a Magic Chanter had mastered the ability to fly; all his other teammates had perished under the swords and spears of the undead.

"Directly search their brains."

Compared to language, directly searching through memory is not only more convenient and faster, but also avoids misunderstandings caused by individual expression abilities.

The Uchiha Three Tomoe elite responsible for guarding the Free City Guild waved his hand and "invited" the adventurer to the office, whereupon the Yamanaka Clan ninja kindly made the adventurer faint.

After a long while, the Yamanaka Ninja rubbed his throbbing temples, then compiled and summarized the information he knew and handed it over to the person in charge.

"As expected, some information was missed."

Upon seeing the information on the paper that the ruins were a Great Cemetery with a chaotic and disorderly style, yet clearly showing signs of long-term human intervention and overgrown weeds, the Uchiha Jonin out a cold laugh and continued reading.

The cemetery has temples of moderate size in all four directions: east, west, south, and north. Inside, there are some kind of emblems and flags made of precious metals, a coffin filled with treasures, and Large Armor Statue.

Some adventurers couldn't resist reaching for the treasure, and immediately a rustling sound could be heard nearby.

Then Skeleton Soldier surged forward, and many adventurers were killed in an instant by the powerful Skeleton Soldier. The survivors died for their lives, driven by greed and the birds by hunger.

Only the last Magic Chanter used Flight Technique, mounted a horse placed outside the graveyard, and rode back to the Free City.

They planned to spread the news, muddy the waters, and gain greater benefits.

"At least he has some self-awareness as a weakling."

After Jonin once, the Uchiha instructed his Uzumaki lieutenant, who was standing beside him, to relay the message to the others.

Meanwhile, he was writing a letter for Uchiha Baru. After finishing it, he used a miniature Flying Thunder God Array to send the letter to [Ye Rantil]'s palace.

Meanwhile, five patrol teams within the Free City were also ordered to search for intelligence at the Great Cemetery.

Minako Uzumaki, who was stationed in the fortified city, touched her stomach and could feel a life force being born within her.

(The fruits of Kaori, Naori, and Takeyasu-san's labor are not unique to you.)

Just as Minako Uzumaki was basking in her self-satisfaction, the door opened, and Sukama hurried in, carrying an urgent letter.

"Lady Minako, this is an urgent message from the Free City via the teleportation array."

"Let me see it quickly."

Minako Uzumaki, remembering Uchiha Takeyasu's instructions. She took the letter from Sukama, read it carefully, and then connected it with the Spatial Mark within her body to convey the message to Uchiha Takeyasu.
