Background / History

The Heavenly Dao's early grand trend centered on the Saint-seat struggle at Purple Cloud Palace: Jieyin and Zhunti were meant to force Hongyun from his seat and displace Kunpeng, creating karmic debts and future enmity. Taiyuan's refusal to compete for a seat derailed that arrangement at its first step. 14

When Nuwa used the Chaos Green Lotus Seed to attain Sainthood, the Heavenly Dao responded with world-shaking phenomena and Merit. However, the seed's Chaos force was stated to surpass the Heavenly Dao and did not require its approval. 44

The completion of the Six Paths of Reincarnation received Heavenly Dao Merit, establishing that the new life-and-death cycle had been recognized despite Hongjun's scrutiny of Taiyuan's interference. 63
