"Is this the shabby little pub?"

Across the street from The Leaky Cauldron, a boy and a girl stood by the roadside, pointing at a pub ordinary people could not see.

With his hands in the pockets of his hoodie, Lynn smiled. "Don't underestimate this shabby little pub. It might have hosted every wizard in Britain."

"That's because there aren't that many wizards in Britain to begin with, right? Just like Hogwarts is the only wizarding school in all of Britain, yet it calls itself the best one."

Hermione wrinkled her nose. She was not the sort of foolish girl who did not think things through... except when Lynn tricked her.

"Don't say things like that outside. All wizards in Britain graduate from Hogwarts, and you might get yourself into trouble if they hear you," Lynn reminded Hermione.

As he spoke, he grabbed Hermione's sleeve.

"Come on. Be careful when crossing the road."

"I know. I'm not a child."

Half a month had passed since Lynn returned home, and Hermione's family had come back from their trip to Paris two days ago.

After returning, she had pestered and pleaded with her parents for two days before Mr. Granger finally agreed to let that brat next door take her to Diagon Alley in the magical world.

This was what Hermione had said to Mr. Granger.

"A professor from the magical school only came by once, and it scared you so badly that you needed two whole weeks in Paris to recover. If you get frightened again after going to Diagon Alley, won't you and Mum have to live on the moon for two years? Let me scout it out first. Once I learn magic, I'll use it for you every day. When you get used to it, I'll take you there."
