Shinji survived a demon invasion, navigated Konoha’s growing suspicions, and secretly stole Fugaku Uchiha’s eyes from Danzo’s vault. After the Nine-Tails rampaged and Sasuke took the blame for Shinji, Shinji used Susanoo Lamp to restore his failing vision with Fugaku’s eyes.

• Shinji awoke in the body of Shinji Uchiha, recovered memories of the massacre, and briefly awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Shinji encountered the Hand Demon during an invasion, defeated it with Susanoo, and returned to Konoha with Water Breathing memories and Shion as a witness.
• Shinji rejected Danzō’s offer to join Root, grew closer to Haku, and secretly protected Shion while concealing his identity.
• Shinji broke into the ANBU Building seeking Fugaku Uchiha’s eyes, escaped, and left Sasuke suspected because ANBU found his damaged fox mask.
• Shinji traveled to the Land of Cats, contracted Meiqiu and Princess Feng Ji, then returned to find Haku under protection after Kirigakure demanded him.
• During an explosion near Sasuke and Naruto, Shinji found Danzo’s Root base, infiltrated it, and demolished its entrance while Meiqiu stole Fugaku Uchiha’s eyes from the vault.
• Shinji entered Naruto’s mental world during the Nine-Tails’ rampage and weakened the beast, while Sasuke’s Sharingan awakened and the village later suspected him of controlling the Nine-Tails.
• Shinji tested Fugaku Uchiha’s eyes in the Forest of Death, used Susanoo Lamp to place them in Susanoo’s empty sockets, and discovered its New eyes ability as his vision and eye pain recovered.

Shinji stopped Rui’s invasion, formed the Akatsuki Organization with Haku and Karin, and prepared for another demonic attack. He and his allies defeated Enmu and the other demons, but the captured demon exploded before it could explain the invasion.

• Shinji used Fugaku Uchiha’s Mangekyō abilities to stop Rui and close the rift, earning rewards and learning that a Light Mark anchored the Shinobi World.
• Shinji attended the shortened Chunin Ninja Exams, checked Shion for taint, and began studying the Shadow Clone Technique and Great Fire Annihilation.
• Shinji recruited Haku and Karin into the Akatsuki Organization, while Haku’s Kirigakure handler revealed that Itachi and Juzo Biwa had joined it.
• Shinji, Sasuke, and Neji fought a crowd of older students, and Shinji left after knocking down most of them.
• When the Lamp announced another invasion, Shinji took Haku and Karin to the affected town and warned them that the demons could be Jonin-level threats.
• Enmu trapped Shinji in a dream while Haku fought the demons and Karin carried Shinji to safety, where the Drum Demon attacked them.
• Shinji escaped the dream, killed the Drum Demon with Susanoo and Black Flame, and rejoined Haku as the demons shattered his ice dome.
• Shinji burned three demons and captured another, but it exploded before revealing the reason for the invasion, and the Lantern Bearer confirmed that the rift had closed.

Shinji raided Danzo’s Root base for Sharingan, survived an assassination attempt, and began training in Medical Ninjutsu while investigating ways to preserve his eyes. He transplanted a Mangekyo Sharingan into Karin after she agreed, and promised to help rescue her mother from Kusagakure.

• Shinji recruited Deidara into the Akatsuki and secretly assigned him to watch the outer circle.
• Shinji and Sasuke were captured by Root, but Shinji arranged a raid on Danzo’s Sharingan vault and escaped with Meiqiu and a collection of old eyes.
• A disguised Root shinobi attacked Shinji, Sasuke, and Neji, but Shinji killed the attacker with Spider Silk while ANBU watched without intervening.
• Shinji examined the stolen Sharingan and identified his grandmother Chiri Uchiha’s Mangekyo, whose right-eye ability Naobi let him communicate with marked Spirit Bodies.
• Shinji began studying Medical Ninjutsu at Konoha Hospital, quickly learned the Mystical Palm Technique, and trained in organ transplantation under Kaoru Kusa.
• Shinji used Naobi to hold weekly meetings with Haku and Karin, then asked Karin to host his damaged Mangekyo, and she agreed after asking him to save her mother.
• Karin revealed that Kusagakure had used her to help target Naruto and intended to make her the Nine-Tails’ Jinchuriki.
• Shinji concealed Karin’s changed eyes with dark-tinted goggles, transplanted a Mangekyo Sharingan into her, and promised to arrange help for her mother.

Shinji rescued Karin’s mother, secured White Zetsu Cells, and helped Karin awaken and strengthen her Mangekyō Sharingan. When demons impersonating the Akatsuki attacked a town, Shinji, Karin, and Haku defeated them, and the rift closed.

• Muzan Kibutsuji led demons into Amegakure, but Shinji burned him with Amaterasu as Deidara and Haku pursued the fleeing demons.
• Shinji entered a dying world through a Space Rift, learned that an Overlord threatened worlds, and resolved to protect the Shinobi World by strengthening himself.
• Shinji rescued Karin’s mother from Kusagakure, arranged her escape, and later offered Karin a White Zetsu cell transplant to restore her Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Deidara secretly obtained White Zetsu Cells for Shinji, who transplanted them into Karin and saw her Mangekyō Sharingan and Susanoo awaken.
• Shinji formed a team with Haku and Karin for the Ninja Academy exam while the Third sent Kakashi, Kurenai, and Aoba Yamashiro to investigate Akatsuki impostors.
• Doma and Akaza attacked a night market while Kakashi’s group and Itachi and Juzo Biwa watched, and Karin used Susanoo to destroy Doma’s Ice Crystal Bodhisattva.
• Shinji burned Doma with Amaterasu, then joined Haku and Karin against Akaza, whom Shinji also destroyed with Amaterasu.
• The Light announced that the invasion had been thwarted and the rift had closed, while Shinji suspected the demons had aimed to divide the Akatsuki and the Five Great Shinobi Villages.
