Abandoned Mine Investigation

Shi Yong organizes the group assigned to investigate the abandoned mine in the northern foothills of Crimson Firmament Mountain. During the operation, he coordinates the party's order of march and helps conceal the encounter with the awakened Barbarian Shaman corpse by supporting the agreed false account of fighting a demonic beast. 33 34 37

The mission fractures after Zhou Wu suffers a poisonous claw wound, Ying is taken by the Shadow Division, and Zhou Wen dies without visible injuries. Shi Yong later brings Li Xuan a rune fragment that Zhou Wen recovered from Zhou Wu's wound. 37 39

Black Stone Market

Shi Yong joins Li Xuan and Su Ying on the investigation into disappearances at Black Stone Market. He helps confront the black shadow, blocks its escape route at the window, and reacts with frustration when it escapes. 41

Northern Territory Expeditions

The Shadow Division assigns Shi Yong to accompany Li Xuan, Su Ying, and Ying in searching for Gurqin's main body at the Black Abyss. He endures the difficult mountain route and guards the group during Wolf Soul attacks, but suffers serious Yin Fiend-inflicted wounds during the return journey. 45 46 48
