While fleeing Shadow Ghosts, Meng Ran Nian is repeatedly injured when the ghosts target those moving too quickly. He witnesses Bo Shuo effortlessly evade attacks and recognizes him as a genuine “Big Shot.” 179
Joining Bo Shuo
Meng Ran Nian follows his talent's premonition and asks to trail behind Bo Shuo. He consciously keeps a respectful distance after receiving Bo Shuo's indifferent acceptance. 195
